Faroh's enthusiasm is darling. So many impassioned, yet way off guesses. I love seeing someone else get those 86-flavoured emotional scars like me. There hasn't been a single reaction to this anime that I haven't teared up at, and this remarkably in-touch girl is damn empathetic. I wonder hiw many of her reactions will get me where the anime didn't.

Awww man, seeing your reaction to 86 is like looking in a mirror, its like im seeing myself watching this anime for the first time again and I love it! From the theories you make to sympathizing with the 86 fighting outside the walls!

I know understand why 86 video only come so far apart. Seeing how faroh ends up after each episode, that's probably the time it takes to get better. But that emotional/compassionate side of her is probably one of the point we're all here.

Wow, the moment you talked about how indifference allows genocides to happen my mind immediately goes to the ongoing genocide that's happening in Palestine by Israel.

As well as those currently in progress in Ethiopia, and Sudan, and Iraq, and Syria ... just to quote the most "well" known (but that people talk the "less"). "Funny" that an anime could give a wake up call to today's situation.

Well, i like your honest emotions reaction. I hope you didn't drop this show, the politics and racism in mecha anime are disgusting and very painful but it's worth the story

I just want to say first if it ever gets too painful to watch please stop, and even if it doesn't, do anything you need for self care. If the show is carthardic and makes issues you've expierenced feel seen even if it hurts that's not a bad thing. But if it ever gets to the point where its just pain, I don't any of us want you to torture yourself to entertain us. Second, I've seen a lot of reactors dismiss the criticism of Lena's dad because of the source so its nice to see someone take it seriously. Also minor world building point the show never brings up, uncle Jerome isn't actuaally related to Lena. He's uncle in the old friend and close friend of the family sense.

86 is a powerful and emotional anime, I can understand that it can bring certain situations that can be similar or more similar, but I know that some or more people will be mad at what I am going to say. I don't compare anime to today's issues of the world because to me it taints the feeling of the anime, taints the emotion part of the anime, and not have an opened mind to the story of the 86 or any other anime. I rather be open minded instead of being narrow minded, narrow mindedness and only having a blinders to look only forward leads to mistakes and bad judgment. People should look up and down, and side to side, and even forward and behind. People can change but change for the right reasons and not continue the cycle, so WE the People of the World can change together and start trusting each other again. But it will never happen if certain people still want to continue the cycle of hatred and anger. This will be only comment on this channel because I do not know who is going to be angry. You have your right to your opinion and I respect that.......but it is disrespectful to the writer who wrote the light novels and turned into an anime. There are two quotes, "Hatred calls forth nothing but more hatred, and this is the result." "The World won't change for the better unless we trust people. Trust is vital in a peaceful world. But that will never happen."
