Light novel v8 spoiler (this ep is vol 1) Amane's parents offered to pay for the wedding after they graduate, so yes, he has wonderful parents who love mahiru like their own daughter

angel next door is probably my number one romance, i own all of the Novels and Manga's that are out/dubbed and im so glad that they have confirmed S2 is in the works S1 ends at the half way point, so im so glad it's going to finish, it's supposed to be this year so you started watching it at the perfect time.

A recommendation, you should watch 1. Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible (Similar to Dangers in My Heart) 2. Romantic Killer (Great romance anime, just don't be fooled by the bad CGI, that was intentional by the studio lol)

Kubo is ass non comparable to Danger In My Heart. Romantic Killer is good for a reverse harem.

@@DrKrithik that’s the reason I used the word non-comparable. Not only is kubo not good, Bokuyaba is closer to a romance than a romcom as well = Non-comparable.

Typical RomComs state the 2 MCs will get together eventually. The mom is going to be the biggest help getting these 2 together.

There's an interesting story on why Mom said Amane wouldn't invite anyone over unless he liked her. I mean of course he wouldn't but its a bit more complicated.

Quit being so psychic about how the story is going to go! No, I get it. This series really does a good job foreshadowing future events, so it isn't really that shocking that someone who is familiar with anime storytelling could figure out things that happen later in the episode. So good eyes when it comes to plot developments.

As i think that your reaction to romance anime is soo good i"m waiting patiently for your reaction to WOTAKOI. It is one of the best romence i i know you will love it.

We will get back stories to both Mahiru and Amane ... unfortunately that is still a few episodes out.

Getting a little ahead of the anime here, but since Chitose and Itsuki have been introduced I think it's safe to comment that they're the best couple in the story. In the LN Chitose is as much idol material as Mahiru, except she's more outgoing and loud lol. Itsuki on the other hand always was Amane's best man despite having his own struggles. They did so much to bring Amane and Mahiru closer together.

I allso tought thers no way people cud be that bad at cooking... then I meat some one who burned pasta and I don't mean like overcooked i mean she set it on FIRE. she left half the pasta out of the whater, the pasta softend up and the raw half it fell of the pot right into the fire, why didn't she notice? she was tacking her time cutting onions, she was taking her time becouse she cudn't stop crying, the more she waited the more irritated her eyes got and she forgot about the pasta until she saw the flames. 😂
