I am looking forward to watching Beetlejuice 2. I read and really enjoyed Discovery of Witches. I need to continue that series soon. Dune and Dune 2 are great movies. I love the book as well. I am looking forward to Super sized / Super Small Summer. 🎉

I’m so glad to have you joining us this year!☀️ I may have to suffer a bit by sitting a couple of hours in the theater to see Beetlejuice 2. I even watched the cartoon years ago.

I hope Beetlejuice 2 lives up to the original, which would be no small feat. I saw the Broadway production of it, which was wonderful.

I hope it does too as I’m already building it up in my head. Cool that you saw the Broadway production of it. I love all the color and whimsy of the movie so I bet it was spectacular seeing it in a real life setting!

I am exicted for Beetlejuice 2 and I would love a Practical Magic 2!!!

I hope they do too! I sometimes get disappointed with sequels but at times they are even better. I thought the casting of Jenn Ortega as Lydia’s daughter was an excellent choice and the trailer for the movie looks promising.

That is a beautiful edition of Stardust! :O I am currently reading 'The Ministry of Time.' I am enjoying it ok so far, but I am not loving it. I am only a little way in though, so it might improve for me.

You’ll probably like it better when you get a little further. It starts having more action and slow unveiling of things.

talking about time travel, I just happen to remember the movie Kate and Leopold hehe, I don't know why. Nothing to do, but I don't know if you have read the Red Rubi trilogy by Kerstin Gier, which is about time travel. I would say that is YA and Romance, which are not my favorite genres, but these books were really fun and engaging. Oh, I have read Annihilation and I have watched the movie, both really good, but I am hesitant about the rest of the books. I mean, they continue the story? different characters? do they get more interesting?

I need to watch Kate and Leopold. I thought I had watched that since I watched a lot of Meg Ryan movies back in the day but it doesn’t seem like I have. I remember seeing the Ruby Red series years ago when I read a lot of YA. I think I even checked the first one out at the library but as often happens I didn’t get to it in time. I’ll be able to tell more about the Annihilation series once I read that third book. I didn’t enjoy the second book as much since there wasn’t much action but heard the third book is better.

The Ministry of Time was actually a Good Morning America pick(along with that annoying permanent sticker they put on) and although I usually avoid those TV picks, I was intrigued by this one. I’ve always enjoyed witchy type of books in general but lately have been reading more vampiric types. I’m hoping to read Interview With the Vampire this Fall.

@@thepapertraveler1122 The Rice vampire series is very good, make sure if you go past Interview, you check on the other books not in that particular series but that have the same characters. I've been thinking of doing a vampy marathon soon, hmmmmm
