Skinny dipping is a deep part of our culture. We do it all the time especially on the summer cottages. I did it two hours ago and casually wawed from the boat platform to the people going by with boats. No problem. My property, my rules.

Nowadays so many videos are AI generated and often repeat the same misleading facts they find on the internet and often some pictures shown are not even from the correct country. One could comment on many things, but this video was mostly accurate. 2. Pekka Haavisto has been a candidate in the presidential elections three times and every time finished second, with 48.4% of the votes in 2024. As a minister of the Finnish government he has travelled openly with his spouse Antonio Flores also to countries that are hostile towards gay people. 3. They were completely naked, but that is not a competition as far as I know, they just did it to break a record. But we have something called Nakukymppi, 10 km run completely naked, only shoes and a hat are allowed. Women are allowed to wear a bra, I imagine it can be painful otherwise. It was last week in Padasjoki. 4. As have been commented before, nobody knows exactly how many saunas there are in Finland and it's unlikely that there are over 3 million as said in the video, so there are not more saunas than cars. The most likely number of saunas is 2.2-2.4 million, which is a common number in many videos. EDIT: For those who understand Finnish, Lassi A Liikkanen has written a good article on saunologia . fi where he critically examines the different estimations of the number of saunas. 10. In early 2000s Nokia was the worlds largest mobile phone company and back then was Finland's most valuable company and in the year 2000 Nokia alone produced 4% of Finland's GDP. Nowadays Nokia's focus is on telecommunication networks.
