You are such a beautiful, talented soul and I Love you! I had insomnia my whole life and I finally got some relief after I was diagnosed with Bipolar 1 and finally after YEARS of my Dr trying different meds. I finally got a combo of meds that works for me and thankfully now I can sleep most nights. When I can't sleep I take a couple droppers of Blue Lotus Flower tincture with a cup of sleepytime tea works🧡🌙

My feed is almost identical to this. My introverted single empathic being relates so much! 😂❤

When Kris described a depressed person helping others meanwhile you're in a pool of despair with no arms and legs just trying to stay a float and breathe. I've never been able to describe how I feel until *NOW* Thank you Kris, we can float together.

Why would we hate you Kris? We pretty much don't have a reason to even if we wanted to. Plus, your tiktoks are funny and heartwarming and are one of the only videos to make me genuinely smile in a while.

It can be hard on a person not being in a relationship?

I've been in a relationship for almost three years now, and we are both pretty open about what we think is attractive or cute or nice, there is never any malicious intent behind liking someone else's photo between us. Sometimes he'll even like the photo as well! Having anxiety in a relationship like that is heavily detrimental, despite how common it is. Trust your partner, whoever they are.

Very well said! I can relate to so much of what she says and I know that humor is a way to cope. I’m so glad she uses her unique talents as a way to make herself and all of us laugh every day…she is so humble and so real…I wish there were more people on social media like Kris.

That’s what I find myself doing, most of the time when I’m not forced into a social situation, I’m extremely introverted. But when I get around people, I force a smile on my face and make a lot of jokes, even if their corny, just to make them smile if they were having a rough day. The thing is, I just don’t feel that way in return.

This may be why I have a big soft spot for people who are stressed or depressed, it's almost like a physical urge that makes me have to get up and go help them because I've spent years being both constantly stressed and depressed (mostly a result of my ADHD going undiagnosed for a long time) so me being more emotionally moved by others experiencing that most definitely has to do with the fact that I've experienced it for a while (glad to be doing much better now, and most of this stuff I didn't realize I was suffering from until I looked at it in retrospect).

Extremely bisexual guy here: 99% of the time if I like someone's picture, I do want them to know I liked it, but not really in a flirtatious way. For me, the likes are a quick way of getting across "You look really nice here!" or "That new outfit looks great!". Especially since I mostly only follow friends and acquaintances, they're the people I want to be complimenting.
