I know everyone is excited for Messmer (I am too) but what truly gave me chills was "Even his fate" and showing Miquella falling into purple mist. I'M SO EXCITED FOR ST. TRINA!!!! I hope their design hasn't changed too much from what we saw from the base games cut content.

that first thirty seconds of marika is probably the most important part of the whole story trailer.
It's interesting to note that the background surrounding Marika closely resembles the substance of the blasphemous blade. It's as if a blasphemous ritual had taken place at that moment or a blasphemous act had been committed. Additionally, there's the fact that this occurs long before everything else, as the trailer mentions: "Miquella speaks of the beginnings." Possibly, this refers to the creation of all that is golden and Marika's ascension.
