Brian fell in love with this sport after Derek Smith went there and showed him some moves because Brian said he has never felt muscles in his arm out like that before so because he is such a workout freak, he fell in love with that because he gets to train parts of his arm that he never knew he needed to before. Behind the camera I think he is doing a lot of training. He just doesn’t want anyone knowing about it right now.

Whilst its hard to be sure, it looks like Brian is trying to take great care not to hurt the people he is arm wrestling and is just gently resisting them and slowly increasing his pressure on them to do the minimum to beat them and also avoid flashing them in 1 second which wouldn't give him anything. I'd like to know what percentage of his strength he feels he is deploying.

No doubt that Devon is also the guy that he should be talking to. Shaw is a gym-bro to the highest degree in the world, but he doesn't know how to train specifically for arm wrestling, and Devon might be the best at doing that one specific thing - as well as being an one of the highest levels of teachers he could hope to have. They've collabbed before. They trained, pulled a little and at hotsauce with their shirts off once. I think that was with Devon, Shaw and Eddie Hall? Highly entertaining btw.

And the size of Brian's shoulder an the rest. Look at the width of Brian's back an arm size in a recent vid on his channel. The 800lbs dips one. I'm not sure I've seen anyone with a wrist as big or bigger than Levans. But there's obviously more to it than a wrist an its size. You also have to be careful what angles you are seeing in videos. Also once you have a large wrist you have a large wrist, a bit of difference here an there isn't gong to make much difference on its own.

@@markbanner6473 What I wanna say is bone structure also matters a lot in arm wrestling. Sure Brian is huge, but by looking at the wrist particularly we can see the difference significantly between Levan and Brian. And are you saying the person with the the number one largest wrist around is always the best arm wrestler. I think Devon back in the day proves that wrong straight away.
