I don't know about that. I'm only 5'8" at 52 yo and I'm 17 inch. Last time I trained was when I was 25 years old.

5'11 170lbs and 250lbs is a deadlift PR? And on a trap bar? Man, for his age he looks great but the performance is disappointing. I know he says he focuses on combat sports, but so did I for 15 years. The gym supplements ALL athletics. That's why even arm wrestlers do gym shit even if a lot of it is training specific.

Smaev just measure his arms at 62cm...thats nearly 2 inches bigger that Shaw, crazy.
