I think this version is not short of amazing and it is like a warm blanket. True to the song it makes me smile with my heart. I can listen to it again and again and again and it makes me feel good every time. It is incredible the way she keeps developing her artistry. Each time she is as good as she can be, she jumps ahead. As I understood, female voices do not fully mature until mid twenties. That would mean we have some 10 years of further growth to look forward to! I really hope that the making of her album is going as well as it can go so that she feels satisfied with to release it :-)

When you visit an angelina production you get duel art exposure. While she sings you get the beautiful voice and the characteristics of it plus you get the interpretation of ,or the story of the song, the passion and emotion that you can get conflicting emotions because she emotes from each. therefor confusing you as to where you lye.

Just the other day I noticed I seem to like her earlier versions of certain jazz songs better than their later more polished counterparts. There's something so endearing about that cute little confident professional up there, so serious yet relaxed as could be, completely focused on every detail in such a way that she "becomes" the music and everything just naturally flows through her, almost happening on its own without effort. And there's never any question as to whose in charge up on that stage. HINT: Age is not a factor.

To me, this is next level greatness. There are many of her songs that bring a tear to my eyes, but this one just makes them flow, and every time I listen to her sing her voice just seems to affect me more.

Good morning, your reactions are always enjoyable and memorable as are Angelina's performances. You mentioned you love her voice. Many people say the same thing for different songs. The reality is you must remember that Angelina is the barefoot princess of 1,000 voices. Depending on the song, you may hear a different voice so the more accurate way of saying it is that you love her voices! For upcoming reactions, I have another artist I'd like to recommend if you have not already seen her, and it also involves Angelina. Eva Cassidy was a jazz, blues, and folk guitarist and vocalist that performed during the 1980s into the 1990s. Her voice was legendary. Tragically, she passed away in 1996 at the age of only 33 from cancer. She became much more well-known after her death and sold over 10 million albums. Her version of Somewhere over the Rainbow is considered to be one of the best ever recorded. This should definitely be a reaction in itself. Where Angelina comes into play is that Eva also was known for her version of Fields of Gold by Sting. Angelina also recorded that not too long ago. There is a beautiful mashup Duo of the two of them singing together Fields of Gold. That would also make for a memorable reaction. I would start with her solo Somewhere over the Rainbow which is incomparable. Then I would consider doing the Angelina Jordan and Eva Cassidy mashup of Fields of Gold. At nine and then ten years old performances you can tell she feels deep feelings for the words of this song. Her sweet innocent interpretation is very emotional to watch. Now at 16 she has rendered the single most romantic version of this song I’ve ever heard from ANY one! Now I challenge you to listen to Crazy at 10 and her new cut at 16 back to back. The tribute to Patsy’s version of Willy’s song, but with so much more raw emotion and tenderness. Thank you and hold on to your heart!

She is such a special and rare talent who will only get better. It's hard to find the right superlatives to describe what I feel emotionally when she sings. The way she sang this song as a 16-year-old girl who sounds like a 40-year-old woman with a beautiful voice who has lived all the emotions around love is simply amazing.

Why do you wait so long between AJ reactions?

When she was young she did a lot of these same things but she was unaware of what she was doing, now she is totally aware and she is using her artistry in a masterful way. There are very few who could express this song in this manner, she sings with a combination of Ella Fitzgerald and Miles Davis, and she uses her voice as another instrument, which very few singers understand much less can accomplish. She definitely is one of a kind!

She just took a jazz standard that has been performed by hundreds of performers and made it her own. I never really liked this song, and I’ve listened to this version over 100 times. I can’t imagine it ever being done more beautifully. You did a masterful job trying to explain the emotions this song creates to those hearing it.

I enjoyed this rection. Sometimes, the best reactor video is one where the vocal coach just listens. Trying to break down minute parts of AJ's vocals focuses on the trees but misses the beauty of the forest. Still, every part of this rendition is gorgeous on its own and put all together is indescribably beautiful.

The 10 year old was good but the 16 year old is of course better, and it shows how far she has come and still is a young teenager. Scary.

As for her age, there’s no doubt Angelina is stunningly beautiful and so tall and emotionally developed that it’s easy to forget she’s still a child. A remarkable one but a child nevertheless. I’m fascinated to see who she falls in love with one day. I suspect a talented musician or perhaps someone in charity work?
