Just worked for me!!! I’m in chapter 3 as well so forsure can work anytime before. I used about 30-40 hair tonics and I also mixed food and alcohol for Arthur thinking it may speed hair growth so idk if it played a factor in speed but took me half an hour

Hair tonics only stack up to 30 per level of hair growth. So don’t take 30 at once.

@@Calebcamp5 I just hit overweight, stock up on meat, mainly big game meat much easier if you got the best satchel. And just eat like 4 or 5 before you sleep or fast travel and you should see you weight go up

You have to craft the Legend of the East satchel which will allow you to carry 99 of everything.

for me it only lets me wait untill morning twice after i kill him, anyone know why?

@@filmsbyhenyou are correct, although my beard reached 10, my hair is still stuck at 7. I've waited till morning like 50 times and still stuck on 7. Trying again without my hat on to see if that helps.
