Thanks mate, yeah I'm Happy with how it turned out. Currently trying to bleed the coolant system.. what pig. How was bleeding yours?

@@jdmnuggets Yeah mate, was gunna say that its a prick. Brian's latest vid had some good tips. Basically remove the pipe on the highest point and let it fill up to there. I made the mistake of taking mine out after one heat cycle and it still had heaps of air in it. Had to baby it back home as it was getting hot and continue bleeding. You'll probably need a few heat cycles and let it keep sucking the coolant in from the overflow bottle (or the filler funnel if you have one of those). Only have a few cycles did it have enough to circulate the coolant through the radiator and in tern trigger my fan relay.

@@teamaxlestands i have a upper water housing fill location with a rad cap off the head and one of those extended funnels with a rad cap fitting etc. Im getting upto 204f and the fans kick on but no temp guage reading on the dash yet , still burping air🤷‍♂️ hopefully i didn't mess that wiring up lol

@@jdmnuggets oh sounds like you are close then... if you have it going up to that temp and fans kicking on you are pretty good. That should be showing around half on the gauge so might need to look at your wire to the temp sensor?

Yeah probably fml...all that hybrid stuff is tucked away... i guess i need to trace it bk from the rd1 cabin loom

Looking good, wish there was a air bag delete jockey box for us models
