Central is not the same anymore it used to be safe n clean

Lovely video. This used to be my stomping ground when I was a student, way back when it used to be safe and one could walk around at night....not anymore tho...pity

Activity in Central is mainly in 4 roads, Havelock St, Parliament Street, Rink Street and Western Road. Otherwise the rest of the roads or area is generally quiet with less activity.
