My list: S- Ratchet & Clank (2002), Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, Ratchet: Deadlocked A- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time, Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal, Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction B- Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus, Ratchet & Clank: Quest for Booty C- Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, Ratchet & Clank: Before the Nexus, Ratchet & Clank: Going Mobile D- Ratchet & Clank (2016), Ratchet & Clank: All 4 One, Ratchet & Clank: QForce E/F- Secret Agent Clank Reasons: S- Ratchet 1, 2, and Deadlocked all have many insane positives and very few negatives. They all achieve what they span out to do greatly, introduce amazing mechanics, have the best humour (including Ratchet 3), have the best level designs, the all-time best soundtracks ever (including Ratchet 3), etc. . Very minor negatives, like the difficulty with strafing in Ratchet 1, often bland and repetitive level designs of Ratchet 2, a bit clunky and repetitive objectives in Deadlocked, etc. . But easily the series has to offer. A- RA, ACiT, UYA, and ToD all have many great things going for them. Rift Apart has arguably the best gameplay out of the games as well as amazing story-beats, great villains, etc. . ACiT's story, stakes, and overall atmosphere are amazing, add that to some pretty amazing shoot-outs and fun gameplay. UYA has amazing comedy, fun as shock gameplay (most of the time), amazing music, and the stakes as well as characters makes it tons of fun and really nostalgic. ToD has some pretty great moments with its story and gameplay, too. As well as a pretty cool soundtrack, cool planet designs, etc. . It's a solid game. However they all do have some issues that stand-out a bit. RA's ending is pretty rushed and clichéd, as well as being a bit short. It's soundtrack is nothing special most of the time and some moments could've been thought out better. ACiT has some odd story moments which retcon moments like how Clank is all of a sudden a time wizard from an interdimensional energy-based creature and stuff. The gameplay is fun, but there's not much to do once you finish your planet and leaves little to no reason to return to them. There's only fun playing through the entire game again and again since that's really the only way you can get content. UYA is pretty rushed, looks rather bland a lot of the time, has an odd and mismatched story as well as overarching theme, and lacks a lot of mechanics from the prior and post games. ToD's story is very weird and messily handled, the game experiments with a bunch of formulas and screws a lot of them up, the gameplay isn't very special, and the game could've been thought-out a bit more. But they're all solid A-tiers. B- ItN and QfB are all alright games for what they try to achieve. Short and fun games that aren't necessarily trying to make such an impact and achieve what they want to well enough. Not too much to say; they're both solid games that one may not want to play over the A and S-tier games, but would be alright with playing nonetheless. C- SM, BtN, and GM are all weird games. SM is honestly the best out of these games as it's the only one to be a traditional Ratchet game. Travel to distant planets, complete an objective, and so on. What's perhaps going against SM the most is its VERY clunky virtues such as its weird camera system, highly sensitive controls, excessively weak weapons, and high-damaging enemy variety. As well as it's rather flanderising story beats and ugly models at times, it just leaves a lot of weird stuff. However I can respect and enjoy the game enough to keep it out of low-tier material, as I found some fun to be had with the game. The armour system was cool, I'm sure we can agree on that. The soundtrack was nice, the story had some good beats like establishing Ratchet and Clank's teamwork, etc. I try pretty darn hard at winning in games, and so it was fun for SM to have gotten quite the challenge out of me. I got so used to it that I only died twice on the final boss as well, and was shocked to see how so many people failed at it. But that's moreso a personal thing and 100% subjective. I guess it semi-achieves what it spanned-out to be, but that's just me. As for BtN and GM, I don't give them low-tier since I view them at what they wanted to be and their overall significance to that set genre rather than comparing them to more traditional Ratchet games. BtN and GM are solid titles to what they want to do, especially GM. I struggle to say I dislike them since, well, there's not much to dislike about them but there's also not too much to like about them. They're just "OK", and although BtN is rather repetitive, well, it's not exactly trying to do much. I see it as one of those games you'd play on your phone if you're out doing stuff away from your consoles. They're just fine... D- I don't like the 2016 reboot, A4O, and QF. The 2016 reboot has highly repetitive, safe, and easy gameplay, unoriginal level designs (besides the levels taken from the OG title), an awful soundtrack, AWFUL humour, horrendous dialogue, odd and unnecessary decisions, a really bland and lacking story, and blurry as shock vision. The characters NEVER SHUT UP, there's always a moment where at least 1 speaks for no reason whatsoever and- oh wait can we talk about how BADLY animated the cutscenes are? Some are fine (and including scenes from the movie was very lazy) but most of them are just... eugh, like, turn it off, please. Chatting with Skidd McMarx was hard to watch... . Also, the humour is atrocious. I can babble on all day, but I really dislike this game. Positives include the gameplay basically having some "alright" moments, but that's really it. A4O was a weird one to rank. I believe it drags-out for too long, doesn't feel like a Ratchet & Clank game, the story didn't hook me in at all, the gameplay was a bit repetitive, etc. Playing on multiplayer made it a bit more fun, but only a bit. By no means unplayable, but I won't really be returning to it anytime soon. QF was a waste of time. Questionable gameplay, awful humour, weak as shock villain, etc. Just a time waster, thank goodness it's short. E/F- Secret Agent Clank may honestly be one of the worst games I have ever played if not the worst. Highly sensitive and awful gameplay, terrible voice acting, weak as shock story, annoying as shock dialogue, retarded mechanics and virtues, terrible new characters, etc. Nothing in this game stood out to me, especially the atrocious and absolutely gut-wrenching graphics and level designs. I want nothing to do with this game, ever...

Listen I know up your Arsenal is not the best but it is definitely not a d Teir. It has a decent hub world, decent area with some new mechanics and multiplayer while not amazing by all means at least changed the game a bit. Don’t get me wrong there are some flaws like the tedious crystal hunt on aquatos and the galactic ranger missions but it is not by all means a d teir. It should be a B teir at least.
