we don't really know why yet since the case hasn't went to trial. The victims grandmother said that Pride wanted the barber to travel the country with him and be his full time barber, but the barber said no and thats what caused the murder. But as you can imagine that doesn't really sound like a strong enough reason to kill. So we just have to wait to find out why

Meg The Stallion held it down for Tory so hard. She covered for him at the scene while she was bleeding after he shot her, trying to hide the pain and pretending she just stepped on glass so he wouldn't get arrested because they were still friends. She covered for him at the hospital, covered for him to police, and that's after he shot her and called her a bitch. She only finally "snitched" on him like a week later after he kept talking a lot of shit about her online. She's really solid, off some true "If you're my friend I got your back even if you're a bad person" typea shit. Crazy how the narrative got so twisted around about her and how solid she is. He shot her but he's the victim LOL

OG Maco is an interesting case. He wanted to take credit for birthing a whole new wave of rap but was also insecure about the fact that his big hit was U Guessed It. If he really did make it deliberately and to make a point, he won. But he seemed frustrated that it worked and nobody was taking him or his more conscious music seriously. I kinda feel bad for the guy tbh, U Guessed it was extremely fresh. Plus he almost died in a car crash and then got a flesh eating virus lol, talk about luck.

I’m always called dramatic whenever I tell people that Chance the Rapper is the only stranger to ever break my heart. His come up was phenomenal, literally no misses. We were all biting our nails when ‘Colouring Book’ dropped because it would have been his first effort as a successful commercial artist. When it didn’t disappoint we were certain he would be the biggest artist of our generation. I recently paid for YT premium just so I could repeatedly play his old school songs and their live performances. I can’t remember many musical efforts that made me feel the way ‘ Acid Rap’ and ‘Surf’ did. Call me naive, but I genuinely believe he could snap back if he took it seriously enough….
