I didn't start listening until the vulgar album because of my age. But I've been a die hard Pantera fan since I heard the first 15 seconds of WALK. Dime was literally the reason I learned how to play guitar, so I could play Pantera songs. And 30 years later I still have trouble with most of Dimebag's leads. God he was so good. I really do miss that guy. It's a dam shame he was stolen from us by some idiot that thought Dime was stealing lyrics from him. As if Dime would ever have to steal anything from anyone. He was that good.

PEROID Vinnie didnt even come to Davids Funeral/ Wake to pay his rescpects for Damage's HArd earned afforts to make them famous. David was the Writer of Cowboy's from hell Not Vinnie thats why they didnt really go dfar after the second album, Because he David Johnston Aka Damage was very much like cliff Burton of Metalica in the sense that their music was never the same after their best kept secret passed or was lost.

This concert was one of the biggest of all time some estimates say 1.6 million people. This happened when the Iron Curtain of the Soviet Union opened up for the first time and this was the first concert of American bands that had been allowed in the country. So this was a very significant event for music in the history of the world. Not to mention that this is like the heaviest breakdown in all of metal and one of the greatest guitarist to every live. I still have all my Pantera posters, and banners up on my walls..lol There is no member of the band you could take out and replace with a different person. Vinnie Paul (drums) Dimebag Daryll (guitar) Rex Brown (bass) Phil Anselmo (vocals/front man). When you said, good music comes from inside, not just your mouth..so true! Phil's voice is a gut growl. Of course I had a teenage crush on Phil..lol Pantera is the greatest metal band in history. RIP Dimebag & Vinnie. Even typing this comment chokes me up. Thanks so much for this guys!

Hands down one of the best guitarists that ever lived in respect to the creativity and innovation. He was able to convey his emotion and soul through his guitar playing and just one of the few people that was able to tell a story with his guitar and never had to say a word. He has to have some of the most iconic guitar riffs of all time. Had the privilege of seeing them live almost 20 times through the 90s and feel extremely privileged and honored to have been able to meet all of them. Dimebag was an amazingly down to earth and extremely nice guy. He loved what he did and he loved his fans and was most definitely stolen from us way to soon. We were robbed of a truly amazing artist. RIP and much love to Dime and Vinnie and the whole Abbott family. They're together again and jamming out there in the cosmos somewhere.

Cowboys From Hell was also their nickname. They would go by CFH to do small club dates in Texas before big tours to tighten up their sets. Saw them twice in Austin, while stationed at Ft. Hood, at a small club. White Zombie and Fear Factory were opening acts.

4:31 played a bunch of live shows in a metal band. The head banging won’t cause a headache, but if you have one it makes life hell if you’re trying to keep that same energy. Remember one show I played with a migraine and just trying to get through the last song thinking “Okay, you got a chorus, bridge, final verse, one more chorus and an outro to get through. Keep playing, keep playing just keep playing.”

There's no denying Dimebag's guitar solos. He's a legend. Began playing guitar at age 12 and at 14 years of age he entered his first guitar playing contest and won against many seasoned players. His talent is way beyond any measures. They are from where I am from and I've partied with them on many occasions back in the early 90s. Dime and Vinnie were the most down to earth souls I've ever met. I feel bad to those who never had the opportunity to see them live. Some of the best times in my life revolved around Pantera. Thank you for your video! 🤘 Keep rockin'

Dude y’all wanna see drumming at it’s absolute speed and technical perfection you need to cover a drum cam of Nils Dominator Fjellstrom of dark funeral. The dude is left handed and looks unbelievable when he plays. I promise u will see a drumming masterpiece

One of the best live videos of any band EVER. Pantera are incredible. Would love to see you guys react to some Skid Row if you like going back to the 90's stuff. I'd recommend Monkey Business or Youth Gone Wild for heavier ones, and Quicksand Jesus or In A Darkened Room if you wanna hear some AMAZING vocals.
