RAPA NUI, Es una isla de la POLINESIA, es importantísima porque conserva su idioma, sus bailes, y estatuas de piedra de los reyes de la polinesia, su vida se ve alterada constantemente por turistas. No es malo recibir turistas, pero en este caso se hace difícil, ya que todos desean quedarse a vivir, cosa que es imposible. Una de sus maravillas son las TABLETAS PARLANTES, que pueden dar claves sobre los idiomas de escritura similar, aunque mas desarrolladas en el tiempo. Lleva, para nuestra honra y alegría, la bandera de CHILE, un motivo mas de orgullo, tener estos hermanos. Un abrazo a mi pueblo maravilloso, sigan ondulando como las olas de mar.

En realidad su idioma, música y bailes actuales no son los originales. Es una mezcla con música criolla, tahítiana y pascuense. La cultura original se perdió antes siquiera que fuera parte de Chile.

This is a great song, but is not Rapa Nui origin, but Tahitian. The dancers are also Tahitian. I'm just crazy about the dancing though. The three center dancers are the best, especially the one in middle, she is a Polynesian beauty. But the dancer to the left of her is the best dancer of the group. Just watch her hand and arm movements. So fluid and expressive. Good Polynesian dancing is not just in the hips.

si no me equivoco, habla sobre la historia de la isla, ya que menciona a Hotu matu`a, primer ariki(rey) de Rapa Nui, en la historia menciona que el dios Make-make dice a Hotu matu`a que la tierra de Hiva(lugar donde vivìan) se iba a hundir, y debia viajar a la isla Mata ki te rangi. al esto ocurrir el ariki envìa a sus exploradores para despues de mucho desembarcar en la playa de anakena donde fijó su residencia real, posteriormente hotu matu'a y su hermana se dividen la isla, dando lugar a las posteriores 7 generaciones o tribus que habitarian la isla, de los cuales solo una sobrevivió

Se llama "Danza Polinesia", Rapa Nui está situada en Chile la cual pertenece al triangulo polinesio, te invito a que leas un poco más de esta gran cultura, hay muchos libros que te pueden interesar y que te ayudaran a acercarte mucho más a la danza.

si no me equivoco, habla sobre la historia de la isla, ya que menciona a Hotu matu`a, primer ariki(rey) de Rapa Nui, en la historia menciona que el dios Make-make dice a Hotu matu`a que la tierra de Hiva(lugar donde vivìan) se iba a hundir, y debia viajar a la isla Mata ki te rangi. al esto ocurrir el ariki envìa a sus exploradores para despues de mucho desembarcar en la playa de anakena donde fijó su residencia real, posteriormente hotu matu'a y su hermana se dividen la isla, dando lugar a las posteriores 7 generaciones o tribus que habitarian la isla, de los cuales solo una sobrevivió

Fun Fact:These people(Rapa Nui),Maori,Samoa,Malay, Javanese,Filipino& majority of Oceanian ppl came from same descendants.
