Even the start of season 2 with Rudy working on his sword skills and training his physicality was interesting to watch. However, the show has fallen off a cliff entering the Magic University arc. While that last part might not be a hot take, even now the story feels stale despite everything that is going on. The episodes with Rudy's sisters were ok, but I feel like I am missing the character-building everyone keeps raving about. And the most recent episode with the Roxy relationship, where is this show even going? I feel the story started off really strong and then just became a harem anime with "character building" and emotion sprinkled in. I say all of this because from what I have seen people either hate or love MT. The haters cite Rudy's creepy tendencies as the reason for dropping the show but honestly, I can see past that. Even so, the story just feels generic. I hope I am not being too harsh but I don't see the hype. Season 2 is not bad, but I am trying to understand what everyone is so excited about. Sorry for the long rant.

shuumatsu train doko e iku The voice acting in this anime feels so so so natural. Like in other anime you can tell it is a adapted from a manga and light novel and some person is reading some script and "acting" instead of talking. But here the characters actually feels like talking. Not reading scripts in mind, but like actually talking. Felt really fresh.

The tier list is good and justified however i'll want to add additional list S tier : Jellyfish Cant Swim in The Night, Good storytelling, phasing, and cinematography it has depth character development and journey also a banger music came with it A+ - S tier : Date Alive V, a conclusion to date alive series, basically it's endgame equivalent really emotional though plus Kurumi best girl A tier : Wind Breaker, not watch it but my friend says it's good 👍

You absolutely HAVE to watch Hibike, like yesterday. The first two seasons are pure bliss. Yeah, the movies dropped the ball a little bit but season 3 came back in full force. It's the perfect representation of what KyoAni does best. The animation is RIDICULOUSLY beautiful, the sound design is immaculate, and the characters are so endearing. Might be my top pick for the most underrated masterpiece ever made in anime land. Also don't forget to watch the spin off movie, Liz and the Blue Bird. Mind-blowingly good as well, in a way I can't really express. It's a bit of an experimental thing I can't really explain.

Ive only watched the first 2 seasons so far. But anytime I see words the Sound euphonium, I get chills down my back. The show is amazing.

about 7th prince, I'm not 100% sure, but I remember hearing originally the main character was suppose to be female, but somewhere down the line someone told the author they needed to change the character to be male, so the author maliciously complied and made them male, but changed nothing else about their appearance, so "thick thighs and being cheeked up" probably because they were originally meant to be female, if this is true.

YOOOOO One of 5 Euphonium-playing weebs! The euphonium sadly isn't really the center of attention in the anime but it's still a good watch, I recommend giving it a go for next season's ranking!

you should definitely check out "go go loser ranger", it wasn't groundbreaking, but the premise alone was enough to keep me on board, and I think it was really slept on. Sparknotes summary: This story plays out like how The Boys would go as an anime where instead of juiced super fucks, you have overpowered super sentai, and instead of the boys, you have one overly confident monster who wants to kill them all. Dungeon Meshi is classic fantasy vibe, fantastic animation, great characters, great setting, great story, great music, I've loved every episode so far, and I'm always looking forward to the next season.

Meh, putting this season of Mushoku Tensei in god tier is not exactly an impartial, balanced opinion. I would have done it with season 1, but now I'm not sure it's even right to put it in the A tier. After discovering the world and traveling through a dangerous continent, the university arc was so fucking long and uneventful... even character wise, it had little to say imho.

agree with tensura. however episode 12 got so much better i actually looked up the director. for those who are curious now, its takaaki wada. the people who are directing and storyboarding are changing each episode and in episode 12 takaaki wada made the direction and the storyboard. needless to say the new op and ending are much better now, i just hope the next episodes dont fall off again.

Based takes. I actually really enjoyed the level 2 cheat abilities though. It really doesn't do anything special, but it has some nice moments. Feels like the writing actually respects the characters at least a little bit and they each have their own thoughts and responsibilities throughout which is nice because most shows like this have like negative depth where it's painful to sit through

Everyone kept comparing Jellyfish to A Place Further than the Universe at first, likely because of its basic premise and excellent direction, but it kinda fell off unfortunately. What I find funny about this though is that the very similar Girls Band Cry is written by the writer behind Universe - and it shows! The character writing is excellent. Just gets better as it goes. Anyways cya, I'm off to see if Nakayubi has finished his quick sub of the last episode yet!

Cheat powers wasn't that bad. It was an easy to watch anime in which you didn't need to put too much though to the story. Also the art was absolutely stunning and the characters writing wasn't too bad. Deserves B-tier.
