Natsume Yujincho will always and forever be my favorite anime. Cannot wait for a new season! This just made me realize that Sailor Moon started over 30 yrs ago. My sister and I watched it when we would get home from school every day. It was the first anime I ever watched. I guess we don't count Thudercats as anime technically.

Its because the new seasons haven't been promoted as much other than online, while in japan its mostly about toys/merch sales and banner promotion that influence a lot of the watchers. This is early 2024 too where the ongoing or recent animes are often what gets mentioned, whoever I am hyped that cour 3 tybw is going to be banger with the new studio pierrot studio launch (Pierrot Films).
