In an old version of Minecraft, the bedrock pancake cape would be in visible if you were wearing an elytra. So you could fly like superman.

He was actually nice enough to take a picture of his skin editor, and show us that he actually had the cape. Also, he did not get it from translating the game into Japanese. He got it for volunteering to translate at this one Minecraft convention in Tokyo.

Additional info: the cape is literally called the cheapsh0t cape, not the Crowdin Japanese cape, despite its looks and similarities with the other Crowdin capes.

Hey man, seeing as you like Ranking video so much, here’s an interesting one you could try that I’ve always thought about doing myself. Ranking all the Unique Benefits every weapon in tears of the Kingdom has. What I mean by this is that every kind of weapon has a Unique buff, which is typically highlighted in a blue text on the weapon. For example, royal weapons increase the strength of your flurry rush, soldier weapons allow you to charge you’re spin attack faster for less stamina, royal guard weapons do double the damage when they’re about to break, Zora weapons do double the damage when they get wet So on and so forth. This could be an interesting little video to do, and allows you to cover tears of the Kingdom! (Also, this sounds stupid, but if you want help, making a video, I’d love to hand. OK, bye-bye)

I actually didn't know you could get the green creeper cape right now, I thought it was only the twitch and TikTok capes. And I think it looks really nice so I'm glad you made this video while I'm still able to claim it

There is also a misplaced pixel on the Db cape, the Millionth Customer cape, and even though you didn't mention it because it's a testing cape, the Sniffer cape also has a misplaced cyan pixel. The strange thing is, all of the misplaced pixels are in the same place, the left of the bottom of the cape. Stange.

Glad I’m not the only one who thinks that the Minecon 2016 cape looks sick. Thought I was just biased because it’s the only exclusive cape I own. I absolutely love what they did with the elytra texture and I’m surprised they haven’t gotten more creative with other elytra textures (with some exceptions, of course!)

My favorite capes are the 2016 and the mojira. Im also very exited to get the twitch cape when it comes to java. If they will ever be giving out translator capes again i will be very happy because i know a very rare language and then i could get the cape.

Putting the twitch cape above almost every other cape has to be a crime somewhere

I agree with almost everything here, but I'd rate the TikTok cape a little higher because both the cape and the Elytra are very unique looking and it stands out quite a bit. I hate TikTok but I cannot deny that the cape by itself is so cool. Also the TikTok cape changes the default Elytra model slightly by modifying the pixels at the bottom sides of the Elytra to give it more of a "sharper" look. It's a little hard to notice though.

only thing that bothers me about the new 15th anniversary cape is that the creeper face design on it is one pixel higher than the minecon 2011 and live 2019 ones also, couldn't agree more with the top 2! purple and red are my absolute favorite colors and i'm happy to own both these capes :)

Is it possible that after claiming the new anniversary capes it can take some time for them to be equipable? I claimed all 3 already, but only the green one is available to me right now.

if you're on java edition the other two won't be available until july, but on bedrock edition they should all be available now

I did a lot of translations for mojang into Hawaiian ( 15,000 strings ) and I was meant to become a proofreader ( and get the cape ) but got blocked from the website cuz they thought I was using a bot to translate 💀

The Twitch Cape is the reason why I created a Twitch Acc in the middle of the night, load a stream for 25 mins to fet the code. It just looks sooooo amazing, especially with Elytra. I even put aside my custom capes I modded into the game for it 🥰🥰🥰🥰.
