UHC has always been in bedrock. Zeqa has not only had buildUHC, but caveUHC, finalUHC, and more. For render dragon, basic shaders no longer work unless you have 3rd party devices or use a crappy knock off shader. PS4/5 allows you to join featured servers while switch and xbox don’t. that’s all i found

the new marketplace pass is a cheaper option for people who want the benefits of realms but don’t care about realms. Realms- is like 7.99 or something , you get a realm with 10 ppl at once, and access to many maps and skins, they’re rotated every so often so you get a variety or new things to try (iirc). the Pass- is like a fiver, you get access to many maps and skins. again, they’re rotated every so often so you get a variety or new things to try (iirc).

for me, tabbing out on PC is something I would do a LOT on bedrock, but it just forces you not to, and every time I forget and I log off it makes my blood boil. There is also one glitch that specifically affects me and my brother whenever we play that stops certain people or different devices from being able to join your world for months or YEARS. Me and my friend have only been able to join each other recently after 3 years of trying. Bedrock bugs and differences are so stupid, and all these points are so true to me

What I hate the most about bedrocks horrible offhand system is in a video where Minecraft answered questions from the community, one of the questions was when they will add the better offhand to bedrock. They played it off AS A JOKE basically saying “why do you need that anyway? Do you want to hold a flower in your offhand when you’re fighting mobs?” These weren’t their exact words, but I remember dying inside after hearing this a couple years ago :-/

There are very few good features that Java has, but Bedrock doesn't, and Bedrock has a lot of things that compensate that.

"Compensate" is a strong word - I would say that makes it somewhat tolerable (crossplay, performance, multiplatform, minor features such as tipped arrows, ...). The big features are still java only (complete mods/modpacks, worlds not corrupting in larger file sizes, offhand, keyboard shortcuts, lower input latency, ...). If mojang wants "parity" between the versions of the game, there is still quite a lot of work to be done.

​@@AT-32 Crossplay is weird, it ruins PVP servers because of how different skills of every player are in compare to java and console edition where all players are equal, and stop saying that performance is good, that's not the case anymore since 2020! Performance is bad since 1.16.200 on x64 PC's and on every single other platform since 1.18.30, when I said things that compensate that I meant animations, UI, and all other graphical things that make game feel more natural and more comfortable and enjoyable to play in compare to java, mods are on bedrock but still this is dumb to say that java is better than bedrock just because it has mod, it's just unfair to compare them, that's like compare player with wooden sword and player with full enchanted netherite and golden apple and totems of undying, literally exact same thing, I personally never had world corruption, I don't use offhand on java for anything except fireworks and torches it's just annoying how much screen space item takes, and resource packs that make offhand items smaller are just ugly and still disturbing, I have no problem with switching slots, keyboard shortcuts should be definitely added they are very handy but not like it's very important just a nice QoL feature, input latency is literally performance related it didn't exist before 1.16.200 on x64 PC's and since 1.18.30 on every other platform.

Did you use night vision in Java when comparing how the water looks to Bedrock on #25? Cause the water in Bedrock looks like it's actually water as it gets darker the deeper it goes.

There’s the character creator for a reason. It lets you have up to 5 skins and easily switch between them. You can also store images to quickly load up skins. And there ARE some packs that make it easier to change your perspective, but I still agree that mobile players should need to install a resource pack when there is one button to do it on PC and Console.

U didn’t mention lack of Short/Tall grass in plains and acacia biomes. It makes bedrocks biomes look so much worse and immediately gives away the fact you are playing bedrock not Java because it’s such a huge difference.

What wrong with "give away" the fact that they play on bedrock?

Funny thing for #4, if its raining on your client you can use riptide, even if no one else's client is displaying rain.

The annoying thing about the rain glitch is that in multiplayer, if it is raining for one person, they can tae full advantage of it. Fire aspect still works, but so does the riptide, Impaling, and channling on tridents.

3 things you forgot 1: you can’t see what’s in the offhand. there’s no hot bar slot for it 2: (at least on controller) sometimes you can drop an item, but it stays in your inventory but it’s not actually there 3: in a normal world, your sprinting stops when you hit something. so on controller and mobile fighting a PC player is impossible

The Multiverse Bug was a thing before RenderDragon was released but it started to happen more often after it was implemented into the base game.

10:33 worth noting the reason for this is loading crossbows. The only way to load a rocket in a crossbow is to hold it in the offhand, so they let you offhand the rockets. Also worth noting that unfortunately there’s no hotkey for this, but considering how few items can be held in the offhand I don’t think that’s much of a problem for bedrock players

One small thing that I can never unsee is how jank the character looks in the inventory. It looks like it pivots in the middle instead of by the feet, which makes the character look goofy when moving the cursor around.

I liked your last point, it it the one that frustrates me the most. It's like people forget everything that is good about bedrock edition and only focus on the bad. I do want these to be fixed, but they need to remember that both versions have issues.

I’ve had the rain glitch, nether glitch, multiverse, gigantic texture pack items, screen shake, sense glitch, random drop of item, sprint dies, ghost bridge, ghost bucket and other bugs happen to me just to name a few.

There is toggle sprint and toggle sneak, rockets in offhand can be used for the crossbow, and I never play pixelparasite, also, they should add superflat and older version access

Actually, I remember back at some point before 2021 Minecraft PS4 which I’m pretty sure is Bedrock did actually have the Furnace Minecart. I was using those for a map years ago and I’m angry it got removed.

For #94 i recomend turning your device off to quit without saving because it just takes a while for your console to boot up. You can also use this to do savescumming which is before you die you go to your last save which i did when i fought the wither in my world on the nintendo switch (it broke so many blocks the lag was real it destroyed an entire chunk as well i think if the wither can mess with my game i can)

​@@Alexei_xyzThe reason is for the drowneds, they hold nautilus shells in their offhand when they spawn with them. I assume it just uses the same system the player uses, so anything a player can hold in their offhand, a drowned is also limited to those items.

15:03 someone probably corrected you on this, but this is the same on java. It's called mine delay, and I think it's a good feature when you can insta mine blocks, but still want to be precise (when you insta mine, the delay gets removed after the first block, though)

Here are my gripes with my years of both Bedrock and Switch edition: Skeleton and Trident drowned fire at the first frame they have line of sight. You know how they have delays between each shot? Well in Java the delay is paused when they don’t have LoS to keep them from firing before the player can see them. That pause isn’t in bedrock. When eating apples specifically, your movement speed isn’t slowed sometimes. You cannot disable skin packs that you own, meaning that you may have to waste time and RAM scrolling past a billion skins that you never wanted

Hey Evident, if you didn't know, you don't actually have to pay for an app to get addons and stuff on bedrock, but sadly it's even more complicated when you don't pay, but it's possible. Btw, amazing vid!

About the enderman teleporting as soon as you hit them and never coming back, I can confirm, ive played a lot of legacy console and played a bit of bedrock but after switching to java getting pearls was far too easy.

Also in mobile sometime when you lag or fps drop theirs a chance to reset your controls into the default ui making you put everything back in your preferred ui and button placement. This bug is present in some devices but not all and its anoying

Bro, for me, the most annoying thing about bedrock is how big the animation is when you are on fire. It covers the whole damn screen, you can't see a thing, and it lasts for so long, even if you only stepped in fire for a millisecond.

16:56 this is a thing across all platforms, it’s called sprint cut. it is mainly on other players servers and your sprint will randomly cut off and this is especially annoying for parkour and it’s not in java

Back in my console days, in my survival servers, there was a bug when I wore elytra. Even when I wasn't flying with them (I just had them on while walking on the ground) I was one block tall so only my feet were solid. My head could go through anything, even though it looked like I was 2 blocks tall to other players. This did cause a visual bug when I went through blocks where my screen turned black momentarily, but it was actually pretty handy for trapping villagers, rerolling their trades, and then escaping without them able to escape too.

also, on bedrock edition closing the game without pressing save and exit completely corrupts your world, chunks just randomly get completely reset. part of what made me switch to java was the fact that i lost multiple worlds because of power outages and also the firework rocket thing is meant to be used to load fireworks into crossbows

I've only played bedrock and I've only had the shield glitch. I understand a lot of these like later updates, weird settings, no hotkeys, etc but the right clicking for shield, the subtitles menu, and the f3 menu wouldn't work on bedrock because most bedrock players play the game on a small screen so adding them would just make playing on the main way people play bedrock a lot more clunky. Btw, to change your gamemode you can just go into the settings, change gamemode, then leave the settings to even have creative on a world you need cheats enabled so the settings menu has an easy way to change gamemodes.

Still playing XB1 edition here though! Occasionally will play on Bedrock, but XB1 Edition is where home is truly at when it comes to Minecraft.

Fancy bubbles makes the bubbles in the water above soul sand or magma blocks particles instead of a disgusting animated texture on the water blocks, and there is another setting you need to enable or disable to make it togglable (I'm too lazy to find out what it is and I don't remember)

the little dude at the corner of your screen is called a strawdoll (i think) it was made to tell you that you were running crouched or walking or flying it might also show your armor its been there for a while and i think it was originaly made because fov was wierd or something idk

Cam shake glitch is also on console too but it happens when you sprint it zooms in and out super fast giving a jiggle look

17:11 this is a feature that was carried over from console editions of the game. It is useless but nostalgic to players

a note about it only raining on one persons screen, a riptide trident will work for the player with the rain on their screen, which can become really strange for the person it isnt raining for

You can put nautilus shells in your offhand too, but it does nothing.

#99 is true for all versions of the game. Pets can only teleport if they're on solid blocks, which is probably the only time they DON'T need to. They should at least be able to teleport from water and lava.

idk if its just me but sometimes (i play the PE version) when i look up or down cuz of the glitch it just starts hitting things until i click the hit button again

the spam clicking problem has always been a problem with any version of minecraft the reason is that you are using durability to take an action like hit an entity, even if it is in its i-frame stage and thats how the old system slowed you down, is i-frames, i-frames were a normally unknown band-aid fix in-line with the new combat system, it was a warning to people that combat would change, but people didnt bother to look into it or cover it, because lag usually made it so that people werent able to experience them anyways

19:20 I also remember a while ago playing I think mineplex or something. But people were abusing that and they had these really small skins. And the hitboxes were shorter for some reason. So it was really hard to hit them and was so annoying.

Omg, the "tabbing out of the game" one annoys me so much every time! I also once made a bedrock cross-play server and while testing, the game kept crashing for the weirdest reasons...

So for the durability spam and timing thing When the entity flashes red they're practically take no damage but ur durability is still getting used up

I found myself having a bug where my Minecraft just freezes for a second every like 10 minutes. It’s so annoying. Also the Minecraft main menu is so bad on controller. Especially the marketplace because you just don’t know what button you’re on

My biggest gripe is that the shield doesn’t have a dedicated button. Yeah, on old mobile controls it wouldn’t be possible, at least I don’t think so, but just keep the shift shield and give us a dedicated button for all other control methods like on Java

The rockets in your offhand is meant for crossbows to prevent them from using arrows and instead to use rockets as the ammo.

16:39 Screen Shake, it happens at a specific area on my phone. It's like lokking left to right moving little by little and then big jump, back to little by little, same happen from right to left. This means people who keep their finger on that spot keep shaking back and forth, the more it shakes, the more they try to correct it the more it shakes

As a mobile player #64 #65 #65 is so annoying sometimes when your about to sprint while jumping it just stop your sprint and just fall to the void this is the most annoying to me ngl

It doesn't cover the screen but what is actually annoying is that items like snowball and apple and all item with format version 1.16.100 and higher have extremely weird and broken animations and this issue was added in 1.20 and still not fixed sadly

The enderman one (#57) i think is from a removed feature where you could hit endermens legs to stop them from teleporting

they should add the reach around block placement to Java. it’s SO NICE being able to build downwards. that’s like the only thing i can give bedrock besides some visual features

Another issue I just ran into is that some marketplace skins don’t transfer between consoles and some actually straight up won’t load on the other console until changed on the original console where it was set. Edit and delete buttons are greyed out and you have a button instead where your character would be that says reload. Clicking on it does nothing and Microsoft’s solution: (shrug).

I've been playing since 2015 on controller so these new glitches on bedrock are just annoying and I feel that Mojang gave up on bedrock!

I remember a time in the past I played bedwars in an official bedrock server on xbox one with a friend I made in other servers at the time. Almost every round had a hacker.

There actually is a hotkey to screenshot on console, on model 1918 controllers the third button below and in between the menu and 2 boxes button, there is a screenshot/clip button

I personally like that the Bedrock wither fight is harder than Java's. The Java wither is pretty much an NPC and easily cheesed (without using an actual cheese like end portal/bedrock trapping. The Bedrock wither got nerfed damage-wise, but it is a well-designed boss imo, unlike the Java wither. I don't know too many differences between the enderdragons other than that the Java one flings you up high for an MLG challenge, and one-cycling with beds is different, but I wouldn't say one is better or worse (although I haven't fought the Java enderdragon in a while).

the bedrock dragon is a lot more accurate with its tackles and can somehow break water
