I once found a stronghold, but I scrounged the entire building and there was no end room. I blew up the entire thing and still could not find the portal room. Still one of the coolest things I’ve found in Minecraft.

I wish Mojang would make default terrain generation as good as some of these seeds

8:39 this happened to me a long, long long time ago on a Minecraft flat world. My spawn was completely covered because mountains had formed up from the flat world. I only have one memory of this incident, and I don’t know if it’s happened to anyone else

8:09 The reason is that the game takes the block that they replaced the treasure chest with and puts them around the chest. In this case the chest replaced a spawner so the game took the spawner and replaced the surrounding air blocks with it

Back in like 2013 I remember finding a seed online that spawned you in the biggest village I've ever seen, it was like 5+ square miles. It wasn't repeating, either. The generation was super janky with tons of overlapping structures and tall skyscraper buildings, but it was so cool just exploring this endless city-sized village.

I've always been amazed by your seedfinding videos, and this compilation is simply mind-blowing.

While flying around in spectator mode on the 1st seed i found a 2 things listed here that i didnt see in the vid at 0,129,93 there is an igloo and at 387,75,74 there is a ruined city thingy edit: there is also another ruined portal but i didnt get the cords for it sadly all i know is that its somewhat acroos from the igloo

I don't remember what version it was specifically, but it was multiple versions before the villages got updated. Anyways, if you typed in the word Robot for the seed, there is a village pretty close to the spawn that has a stronghold right underneath the village well.

Neat fact, but the tallest cactus was an armless, 23 meter tall Saguaro cactus. so that really tall cactus is actually accurate to real life. Unfortunately, in real life wind exists, and the poor bastard was blown over in a wind storm.

So glad Sipover is back, really one of my favorite creators on this platform.

This is essentially a compilation video of all the cool seeds that he has found over the years, so at the time of the initial upload the seed was relatively unknown outside of seed-finding circles, I believe he either just used the audio and footage (or maybe just audio) from the original video, that or he re-recorded it. TLDR is that its and well known seed today, but at the time that mentioned it the seed was unknown.

I've found a seed that has 8 witch huts within 1000 blocks of each other around 12000 blocks from spawn, also a mansion, ocean monument and an ancient city not farm from spawn, plenty of villages and a mineshaft at spawn, all kinds of trees not too far and a cherry blossom biome that's literally just one tree

i have played on some insane seed a few times before, maybe 10k blocks from spawn there was a place where you could see 2 shipwrecks, 4 ocean monuments, 1 underwater ruin and 2 ruined portal. while just standing on that block

I've got an odd monument spawn I stumbled across on one of my 1.16 survival worlds Monument spawn in the middle of a desert. There's a small opening in the ground that leads to an underwater cavern that generated to fit the moument. I'll list the seed when I get the chance to go find it lol

right after watching this, i found a seed that has five ocean monuments right next to spawn, two under the ice about 500 blocks away, one of which has two geodes blocking the spawner of an elder guardian, so it has two instead of three... more importantly, very close to spawn, there is a sick view of a crescent cut out of a large island to the ocean, where there is a singular tiny island (too small to build a house on), where there is a singular ruin on it... and a completable ruined portal in the center of the crescent

23:58 even besides *that* joke, that’s actually a pretty awesome seed. There’s a Woodland Mansion right next to a Desert Village *and* Desert Temple. In addition, two normal desert village houses spawn connected to a Village Church (it does make a Peen but that’s still pretty rare)

In a friend's server that I'm in, there's a savanna village with only one bed thus all the villagers dying, on top of that, a sheep and a cat naturally spawned in a closed off cave chunk with no way to get out, keep in mind this comes from a seed that has a cherry mountain that makes a valley with an island in the middle of it due to rivers

I think the reason buried treasure does that is because that functionality is meant to cover it up in scenarios where it would otherwise be exposed to air. If a buried treasure picks a sand block to replace but that sand block is the top layer, then it'll generate 5 more sand around it and the treasure will remain buried. I guess it just doesn't check that the block it's replacing is actually sand.

on an old Xbox world I had, there was a village just a couple hundred blocks from spawn that if you swam down the well at the very bottom there was a stronghold. It was like a cool little secret base. sadly, the world is lost forever.
