@@HobNob-tr1nmOr a member inside the cult will go scortched Earth and destroy the trim, provided that there isn’t a secret hidden stash of duplicated trims made by the leader in a real effort to preserve the trim. I doubt such stash exists as the leader is in it more for clout than actual preservation of the trim, there could literally be a single one hidden in a bedrock vault stored in a barrel that occasionally gets taken out to be duplicated and applied on the cult uniforms.

From what I’ve seen from the past of 2B2T, this is either going to be duped so hard that people would leave it around in spawn, or the owner of it will just go offline and never come back online.

assuming copies are not just kept in each of the leaders ender chests when not in use. Which means this heist has to happen when they are online and making the trim.. So a new member that joins would have to be apart of set heist.

If you begin to talk about towny/geopolitical public servers and anarchy servers like 2b2t, the situations and names get even crazier. You could have a conquistador making a gigantic empire ruling with an iron fist for hundreds of minecraft years (which is like 1.5 year) be called smht like bigpoopytroll

I was flying around the spawn area while making my new spawn base one time and randomly came across one of the eye trim cult meetings, and since they didn’t want me to tell anyone I was invited to one of their meetings, super fun and amazing to have a chance to meet these awsome players, and I’m so glad fit has made a video on this. Simpcraft had a similar situation, some player(s?) used bot accounts to go to each stronghold to hoard eye trims and leverage power over others with it.

The idea of giving the members curse of vanishing sets with the trim is actually a great idea and is really cool

yo that's sick. i never heard of armor trims before watching this video, been a while since i played minecraft, but it seems like the perfect item to have this level of exclusivity. u can make unlimited sets of armor with one trim to distribute amongst ur group of "gatekeepers"? That's just perfect. And the curse of vanishing is also perfect for what the groups goals are.

I feel, as time passes, the item will either be duplicated or lost. I'm wondering what will happen in another year or two to the trim.
