I actually really liked "A treasure made from coins", because it is one of the most unique moons in the game. However, just because I liked it, doesn't mean it's good. It is still terrible for 3 reasons: 1, The coin coffer is very hard to find, but eventually you can find him on a little hill next to the big tree in the center. The 500 coins. Seriously this takes like 4 minutes just to spit the coins out. Make it 50 coins. Finally, while it is unique, is is pretty weird.

The « climbing trees » one can be bypassed by setting a clear condition based on collecting coins and putting some in the tree, idk if one-ups works too but yeah it should
13:21 It should be noted that the footage used is from the Bowser's Fury release of 3D World, where movement is faster. The original Wii U release of 3D World has a slower speed which was what the Mario Maker 2 was based off of. Although, I still remember roll-long jumping with a cat suit a lot in the original game, which was fun because it would scratch in the process.

In terms of also adding items to the mob vote mobs, I think the way they could've redeemed the phantom would be to add some early-game item that keeps them at bay, but also does something else cool but not game-breaking. I feel the reason the phantom is so hated is because it's the only mob there isn't really an easy way to avoid. In an open-sandbox game there should be some level of choice about everything you do, which is why most mobs have a pretty easy way to avoid them that doesn't massively compromise gameplay. Zombies, skeletons, spiders and creepers can all be run away from, enderman can not be looked at, and the ender dragon and wither you literally have to go out your way to encounter. The idea of a mob which swoops down from the sky to target you feels very against the spirit of the game, and the only ways to avoid it are not staying up at night, which takes away a choice from the player and affects how much they can get done in a day, or always having cats near, which is impractical. Sacrificing one inventory slot for an item that can be obtained in an hour before the first phantom spawns wouldn't be anywhere near as much of a compromise and if the item did something cool, then it wouldn't be an annoying thing to add.
At least the vax now has a bigger hitbox
