Really loved the video, a shame that these kind of video probably didn't do too well statistically because many people don't have the attention span to finish the video (and this video really made me realize that the overall quality of capcom FGs even the shitty ones are pretty awesome) good to know there are still content creators that can put up a good video presentation while being actually fully knowledgable about the games (many of other ones I've seen are usually either good video footage but is like a videogame journalist video where they only talk about the most no shit descriptions of the game or the person speaking is knowledgable but the video is just a tiermaker drag and drop). Hamtaro, took me like a week to finish this video but it was a good one. Darkstalkers 3 and MvC 2 are my top 2, but you made me excited to try Street Fighter 6.

SFV has 45 characters, SF4 has 44 characters, so the comment about how SF4 is good for having many characters is applied to SFV. I haven't seen the launch of SFV and I don't care, but the game at the current state is great. Of course it's shadowed by SF6 though.

Hamtaro ! I recently got back into fighting games since their shutting down Xbox 360 marketplace and I just copped SF third strike before that games becomes a switch exclusive. Having to emulate mvc2 is cool and all but it would be nice to have it on modern platforms 😢 Great video 🎉

Solid list. Well done! In my opinion though, taking everything in consideration, the final iteration of SFV is better than the final iteration of SF4. I could understand the souring that you experienced at launch-I felt the same, too-but it's a Street Fighter game and there was no way I wouldn't pick it up again after several months of not touching it.

Solid vid - I personally wouldn't put Power Stone of Tatsunoko vs Capcom tho one is a solid fighter and the other is a party game

You should also maybe consider ranking the Soul Caliber games since you mentioned them quite abit

The Heavy Metal fighting game is based on a long running comics and story magazine that focused on horror, sci-fi, and semi erotic stories. Definitely worth checking out for some great stories.

I kinda disagree with MVC:I being so low. Outside of the stones the game has amazing fighting mechanics and it has the best tag system of all fighting games. I think its great gameplay but faulters in so many other ways.

Hey Bud, great vid but SNK and NEO-GEO had quite a few fighting games too. Capcom was not the only big fighting game producer... And was that a humble brag, "Insomniac Games"...? LMAO And Street Fighter: The Movie was nothing more than a Street Fighter II reskin. And the Arcade version is very different. Many others have said it plays very fast compared to many street features. I think sometimes the internet makes judgements and then everyone echoes it.

That Gotcha Force game looks fun of course it’s going to cost a lot to play smh

But not all character have mini version some of them have like zaku and shocker. The character it this game is mix some capcom some namco I don't know it so many. First person I've seen that doesn't care for red earth that much. Definitely just don't understand the mechanics which is completely fair, it took me a solid minute to figure it out. No judgement, its definitely not for everyone.

Time to disagree uh..you monster? As a Marvel vs Capcom Infinte apologists I gotta say the idea that of recommending Megaman Power Battles over it feels wrong. Megaman Power Battles doesn't feel better or play better or have more options and modes than MVCI, and if you're looking for something to scratch the fighting game itch It's much more of a Megaman Boss Rush than a fighter. I know of course expectations and disappointments play a part in this. You expect nothing out of a Megaman fighitng game and it trunsou t to be alright. You expect a lot out of The Marvel Series returning after 10 years and you wind up....disappointed. I get that that's part of the score. I can;t say I wasn't disappointed. But I t's still overall a fighting game that can be played. I will say in Power Battles' favor those backgrounds are fucking gorgeous, goddamn. Some of the best background art stuff in all of Capcom history. I don't ever think about playing those games again but those backgrounds are always in my mind.

Still think third strike is number 1

You have Cvs2 not higher cause of a button configuration thats not ranking it worse to best thats the most feature rich game on here when UMvC3 only has an arcade mode this is more based on how much you like the game thats different

The number 1 capcom fighting game should've been Street Fighter 6, its by far the best capcom fighting game of all time.
