Mario Tennis in 9th is a disgrace. I love that game. Me and my friend still play it sometimes. Such a good game. Would have been #2 for me. Id have MarioKart at #1

With how mediocre most remakes are these days, I had very low expectations going into Pokemon DX after putting so many hours into the OG games, and I was so blown away by how good it actually was. It genuinely felt like an improvement on all fronts with some amazing QOL additions. Being able to play as any party member during the main story was a game changer, and the fact your recruits earned XP alongside you even when they weren't actively in the party actually allowed you to strategize and bring different party members depending on the dungeon. That feature alone honestly makes it really hard to ever return to the OG mystery dungeon games.

Mario Party 3 is definitely better than Mario Party 2 imo. You can carry more than one item at once and discard skeleton keys. It has more content and also has a good Single Player mode unlike the first two Mario Parties. Overall I'd say it's the better package.

I've gotten the plat on multiple FromSoft games and others and Crash 4 is still the hardest game I've gotten 100%. It's 100% skill and reflex based. And how many controllers you own 😂

You should try Monster Hunter World/Iceborne. The bosses/enemies are generally really challenging along with the incredibly deep and complex weapons designs to master... then there are 2 Monsters that put things like Isshin, Malenia and Orphan of Kos to shame in terms of difficulty..... Alatreon and Fatalis 💀🔥

i love Rise of the Ronin, bu I do agree the story is meh, as it is real but the voice overs are terrible....I give you that but for combat and open world it is good....I am a sucker for samurai games...and historic stories

I'm playing my forst dragon quest which is echoes of the past I think and I love it, my next 1 is between monsters and treasures so which 1 should I buy next between the 2, I love open world and freedom and long games so plz help me lol
Phantasy Star II on the genesis. Even with a guide it was a nightmare. You can't power level, the enemies scale with you, the dungeons are comically large and labrynthian. It's a miracle I completed it.

I think Baldur's Gate 3 actually does take full advantage of the Next Gen systems but only in Split-Screen. Take for example the fact that it only works on Series X not S. No way could an Xbox One VCR ever pull off that either.
you could make an argument for including the next (aka, current)-gen exclusive DLCs for Horizon: Forbidden West and Cyberpunk both games' base content run on last gen, but the experience is significantly better (and more complete, with the DLC) on current gen

My main issue with ME2 was coming from ME1 where this world is built and explained and in ME2 they throw alot of that out the window. You go from people wearing space suits..cause you know...space. To people wearing thin bikinis. You go from weapons that never run out of ammo, to having to pick up cartridges all the time, and then calling it an upgrade. Among other things that just didnt make sense after playing the first game. Looking back on it now, I do have a hard time thinking about starting the series back at ME1 I think all the extra armor and weapon pieces and things like that really slowed the pace down. It never felt clunky to me, and unlike most I never had an issue with the Mako at all. But having to explore the planets again just to redo the same stupid places and fight the same stupid people....yeah that sucks. I think if they hadnt had all the extra pieces for armor/weapons....kept the unlimited ammo thing from ME1....and stayed with the idea that..hey were in space, we need to cover up a bit..I think the whole trilogy would have flowed better. Its a shame they didnt fix some of these things with the release of the Legendary edition. But yes andromeda was the worse, I couldnt even bring myself to play it. Got like 5 hours in or so and gave up. ME2 would be the one I would hold up as what Mass Effect is to somebody who had never played, and ME3 to me was mostly forgettable. I really dont even remember most of it. I also think the whole indoctrination theory was real and was planned but when people found out they did a 180. Shame cause that would have made sense and changed the entire game.
