You'll probably get a kick out of this, I'm 45 and just got back into BMX a few months ago after not touching a BMX bike in almost 25 years. I'm not quite the rider I was years ago, but I believe my skills will improve as I lose some weight. I feel 20 years younger every time I grab the bars! Oh yeah, and I'm sober LOL!

Hey this is off topic bro but whats ur honest opinion on one of my bikes. I just bought the 2016 fit bike co tom dugan signature bike. It is the chrome one with the gum color tires. i just bought fit bike co blade 3 forks and the tom dugan signature bars in raw. I figured the upgrades would be stronger since they are 4q baked or whatever they call it.

The BNC (Bmx News Channel) ya i know what you mean bro i wanted to go that route as well i just bought a odyssey gyro and some primo pedals just because the ones it came with just didnt seem sturdy enough the bike is hella dialed now but i figure since its a full chromoly set up with some baked parts its gotta be solid. im guna upgrade the hubs next. im guna build a cult chase hawk 16 gold vein frame for a custom just because im getting a steal on the frame 240$ brand new. prolly guna go custom parts all around even tho i can match with cult parts. been really feeling colony parts lately

+Jeffrey Curry That's awesome. To be fully honest the Dugan sig you have with the upgraded parts is technically a custom bike. Just because it started as a complete doesn't mean it can't be a custom. All a custom bike is, is your personal build with a part combination you can not buy as a complete.. Colony parts are pretty good. I use to ride their pedals and cranks.
