Rammstein is one of my all-time favorite bands, music and showmanship aside their lyrics have very poetic language and they often use clever double entendres and metaphors that bring several layers to their storytelling. Ps. Till Lindemann was once slated to participate in the 1980 olympics as a freestyle swimmer (hence his athletic stature)

@@Detrucci His signature move, the "Till Hammer" in which he punches his knee, came from when he was talking to his manager and his knee popped out of place, due to a previous injury (I believe it was swimming, I could be wrong), and he just punched it to put it back in place. His manager loved it.

When Till sings the chorus it gives me goosebumps tho 😳👌🏼🤩

Unfortunately, it is playback in the chorus (did a little bit of experimentation - if you reverse the polarity of the album version and play it at the same time as this one, the only thing that is completely identical is the chorus vocals, they cancel out and are silent) BUT: I understand why he does that, there's a lot of sustain and it wouldn't sound anywhere near as good as it does if they didn't use playback here. He also uses playback for the chorus of B********, which is once again, completely understandable.

When I bought the DVD and saw it the first time I immediatly fell in love with the girl at 4:05, first row. She's been filmed that often and is feelin' the music for real. I love watching her enjoying the show!

Wow...what a performance!...hard to believe that a band could have so many fans that have absolutely no idea what they are singing (including myself) and don't care anyway as it sounds so good!...I reckon Till Lindemann could just sing the words in order from a German dictionary and still make it sound awesome!😂

I will leave Brazil and go to Norway in July to watch them live for the fourth time, and for the first time outside of Brazil. Sounds crazy, but it's the best band in the world.

Saw them 9 or 10 times here in Germany in big concert halls, on festivals and I even travelled Prague and Oslo to see them live. Ok I also won a meet & greet at Oslo but even without it I would have travelled there to see them. They never (!!!!) disappointed me with their performance 😍👌🏻

What a band. Need more.

Next Level production quality, this band is dialed in on what makes content so compelling in the modern age. I'm not even a huge fan of most of their music as far as CD's go, but I will compulsively watch all their videos for the amazing immersive experience of it.

Will see them in June, as i'm from The Netherlands i can almost understand all of their songs and Till is a poet. There are so much historic and existential layers in their music and videos, it is overlooked at times.

I come frome a german speaking country and basicly grew up with rammstein. I always love it when "rammstein noobs" find out about this band. Best live band I have ever seen. Rammstein does so many things right. The live shows are breathtaking(maybe from all the pyroshow), the lyrics of the songs are not only deep but even poetic and the band loves to provocate and play with the "evil nazi german" stereotype

They are coming to Amerika this year!! You really should see their Stadium tour show. Completely amazing, powerful and mindblowing! I'll have the chance to see them also here in Mexico. Can't wait for it!

If it may help in the pronunciation, you might imagine saying it like (“Fl”) + (the “ach” sound from “Bach”) + (“uh”). Rammstein just announced today an American tour. Get your wallet ready, the tickets will sell out fast. I seen them live 3 times already. Their live shows are getting bigger and more spectacular with every tour. It is truly a lifetime experience.

@@Detrucci They're playing Cardiff and Belfast stadiums this summer, but the tickets went in about 15 minutes. You may have some luck on reselling sites, particularly as the Cardiff date clashes with Download Festival (who's Sunday lineup looks f-ing great, but not great enough to tempt me away from burning my face off). They're a bit pricy, but so, soooo worth it.

I first listened to Rammstein when I was 8. It was the first Band that I was really interested in. Before I was like "music? Whatever..." So I came home one day and was like "mom, dad, you have to listen to this band my friend just showed me" and showed them Du hast and they didn't really knew what to say 😂 now 11 years later they still aren't really into it and it took me some time to proof to my mother that they definitely are no Nazis, but now she loves the lyrics and discussing the meaning behind them, cause even for us germans it's sometimes hard to fully understand it.

I have seen my fair share of "Big Shows". Ive seen Metallica numerous times, Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Kiss, Black Sabbath and some more. The only Concert I ever went to that equals the Production of Rammstein was Roger Waters Live performance of "The Wall", both absolute BANGERS of live shows that I will never ever forget. Fun Fact: Rammstein are the only Band I have ever seen that takes the Knee for the Audience after the Show to show respect and appreciation for the Fans. If you even get the slightest chance of seeing them, no matter the distance, if you can afford it, GO. you will never regret it

This song is about the relationship between a sadist and a masochist. The song covers quite a few ways how a sadist will hurt his masochist victim. Because the title "Ich tu dir weh" literally means "I hurt you".
