Won't beat it in reliability either. Cummins is great but the whole rest of the truck around it will shake and fall apart. There's 1000's of them here in Canada. The price drops like a rock off warranty

@@timber543 I sold my 2011 Ram 2500 Big Horn diesel in September 2022. I paid $42k on the road in 2010 and got $30k for it in 2022. If you aren't running them in locations that use road salt they hold up well. Nothing lasts in the salt.

Yeah, I live in Canada. Rams are a dime a dozen. Once they're off warranty you pretty much have to give them away. Cummins is decent, but the rest of the truck falls apart

Justin and the Team I always thought that the LC 79 builds that you do were the ultimate But the Ram SUPER TOURER makes everything else look like an also ran. I'll never be in a position to buy one but it's something to dream about. Can't wait to see it in action.

I live in Canada, we don't get the lc's here. But one thing I can tell you from personal experience is that rams are the least reliable trucks on the market. Plagued with issues.

I reckon the cruiser with out front locked in it may do better, transfering more weight on rear axle. "Maybe" end of day the heavier vehicle with more torque will always win.

Throw weight on the back of the 6x6...The ram is mostly winning because all of that weight on the rear.

The 79 is just a dressed up farmers ute designed in the mid 80s Did they really think tat it could out pull a full size ram 2500 diesel The Dana 60 under the front of tat thing would probably Waight more than all 3 of those little LandCruiser portals put together

They stopped using the Dana 60 in the Ram 2500 a long time ago. The newer Ram HDs have AAM 9.5 front axles. Ford still uses Dana axles in the Super Duty.

I own a ram 2500, they are rated for 6.8 metric tonnes, or 15000 lbs in the states. Try not to downplay my truck lol

People are dreaming if they think the cruiser is going to cream the ram off road. The rams of road are also a very capable rig. The cruisers aren’t even great of road to start with.
