Nice. Still can't figure out why build snakes when the voice could birth new necromancers or something. We know they picked snakes cause a serpent tempted Eve but now they need to explain it beyond keeping biblical themes in the show! Why snakes and not something with opposable thumbs?!

I think one thing that sticks out is that this galaxy is lo-tech / hi-tech very similar to Star Wars. Their tech superiority should be higher but it ain’t 🤷🏽‍♂️

He's an odd one

1st scenes of the series were Mother and Father arriving on Kepler22b and 'birthing" human embryos, they'll eventually leave back to Earth and the final scenes of the series will be them arriving on Earth with 2 human embryos who they name Cain and Abel when born, they're Adam and Eve. Super far fetched I know but feel like it's heading in this direction somehow.

Great video. Love how I can see the ideas in each video connect and evolve. Continuing my own theory: Sol is the orphan. The strange land is a dimension beyond our understanding. The tree of life is the "Great Chain of Being". Being made from or upon ingesting the culmination of that tree of life (Dark Photons) makes one "pure".

I think the Romulus and Remus are Mother and Granny, raised by wolves, the humans. There will be an epic battle between them. Granny will reveal that SOL and the serpents are a danger to humans. Mother ironically will want to protect the serpent.

What if we can look at Kepler as a whole: the core being the brain/hart/Sol; the snakes - blood flowing through its veins/holes. And the humans, well maybe a part of them, a virus/bacteria from which it got infected.And, of course they want to survive and suffer mutations along the way. The androids: the antibodies.. :) One other thing, I think this trip from Kepler-Earth, and back, had happened several times, not once. And it might happen again at the end of the series, and the circle is complete.

Yes, I think 'celestial' portrays it better. The nice thing about this show is it can have any interpretration along the way. It's biblical :). I was searching for a bible and mythology paralel and I found your video very interesting.

Maybe the androids are the next step in evolution. The snakes the other next step. But somehow backtracks to becoming humans, or worse, those creatures. Father even states he starts behaving like humans after that android fight. Maybe some survive the evolution mutations and become Grandmother, even Sol, or some God like creature. ... and you might need many iterations to do so: die and rebirth (ouroboros) , on Kepler and Earth.On the next trip Christianity might be the dominant religion, with more or less the same outcome. Somehow the ship depicted in the cave drawings takes to earth some early, primitive stage of humans, altough on Kepler they reached at least Neanderthal level, let's say :l, an need to start all over again.

Ridley Scott originally wanted Prometheus, Covenant and all prequels of the Alien franchise to steer towards AI, God, Creation etc while showing only vague details about the xenomorph. In the extra footage Ridley speaks of ideas like the Engineers wanted to destroy earth due to us killing Jesus which would have been an engineer or a ambassador of sorts. He speaks of the Christian religion and themes quiet a bit actually. It's obvious those ideas are at the center of Raised By Wolves. I am more inclined to think that if Christianity and biblical accounts are a completed puzzle then Raised By Wolves is merely using the pieces, reshaping them and creating it's own picture/puzzle. The show is fun to watch and unfold. However, it's written so that it's impossible to deduce what will happen if you directly correlate it to the bible. I believe Kepler is supposed to be "Eden". Earth my be one of many planets humans spread to once cast out. The Mithraic texts are most likely a distorted, generalized account of what actually happened in the past and not a prophecy, unless history is doomed to repeat itself. As far as ideas go... If the snakes weren't originally found in the tropical zone nor could they enter or live there(based on Mother's words about how it wasn't safe to birth 7 there) then it would make sense that the snakes never had access to the tree(s) their fruit or their seeds. It's possible that Sol does exist and is "God". The humans and Androids are actually hearing the "Devil" aka AI and then confusing it as SOL. If the bible is a baseline then it would make sense there are 2 opposing forces at work. The voice is tricking everyone to do it's work just like the Devil does. Maybe we have only heard about SOL via the Mithraic and seen the devil as the "voice" and digital campion. However the fact there has been zero evidence of a living Sol as describe by the Mithraic makes me doubt we will see any benevolent "God" in the series... Perhaps "the voice" used more organic snakes in a brute force way to "destroy" the planet. Number 7 is a first. Maybe the voice finally saw an opportunity to build a better serpent that could be weaponized unlike the previous snakes when mother and Father arrived. The ultimate weapon, similar to what David did with the black goo and texts of the engineers in Prometheus/covenant. I am also trying to recall.. The necromancers and all the tech come from decoded information in Mithraic texts? But according to Grandmother the Technocrats created her and the tech.... Was this a tip off that she is lying? She said the planet went to war with Believers against Technocrats. One would think the believers would be the ancestors of the Mithraic then. This doesn't add up unless the believers worshipped the "voice" and the Technocrats eventually started worshipping their tech and somehow came up with SOL and became known as the Mithraic. Also did anyone else notice that Grandmother confuses father as her Partner? So either he is and 1. has a lengthy past or 2. his design was based off her actual partner or 3. She just assumed he was her partner and her real partner is still out there or also suffered a similar fate. Grandmother also made refence to Mother being different that her since Mother was loaded up with weapon systems as if that was a modification that wasn't per "spec". Like Mother is a distorted version of what Grandmother is and what androids were built to be.

Great ideas. The tech on Earth came from the decoded scriptures. But we dont know where the scriptures came from. But probably from Kepler, brought by Technocrats who accidentally started a religion on Earth

And if the tech came from Technocrats which turned into the Mithraic and it appears Sol is actually bad then that means the believers were the Good ones and not believers of Sol. The next episode should be pivotal. How the veil effects mother, if we see a glimpse of Grandmother's true nature and if the fruit effects humans at all. Perhaps we are being mislead about the fruit. They foreshadowed the fruit will do something to humans. They spent a lot of time showing humans eat it and Campion put it back. It's implied it's a bad thing now to eat it. But what if it's not? And what if the tree itself is not bad, but was repurposed by the voice? The snake is a techno hybrid mixed with a Necromancer. The voice had mother birth it for a reason. And it didn't just eat the fruit, it destroyed the tree. Why would the voice have it eat the entire tree if it wanted more weaponized snakes later? There might have been intent behind that move. The snake also ate the cart of fruit right after it burst out of the cage and didn't weaponize and rampage yet. The podcast said the tree acted like an antenna for the voice. So the voice used the tree to gain control of the snake so it could destroy all the fruit AND the tree itself. Campion wasn't born of mother but he is the only human to survive the radiated food and he did feed off her milk. Her tears brought him to life. He is special in some way. Perhaps the fruit will have an effect on Campion similar to the snake. That scene where Campion put the fruit back might have been the opposite of what needed to happen.

Can I add a thought? What if the actual biggest issue and major plot point is the fact that every one of these very complex theoretical models and ideas are all, and I do mean every one of them, extremely relative. Relative in that what you may believe the definition of, say, "Good" is, but most certainly doesnt line up with 100% of your fellow humans. Or perhaps "Believers" doesnt necessarily denote a belief in mythological esoterica, but a belief in the ability for humans and androids together to somehow break past this barrier that we have had the show present to us so often in things like the cave paintings and the war between Atheists and Mithraici. Just these extremely minute, but objectively true perspective shifts change everything so drastically, am I right? And it would be 100 true to life. Everything is relative. Everything.

Those ships hurtling towards the planet or into the core sure do resemble spermatozoa seeking out an egg. Wonder if that was intentional?

The term "Lucifer" from the Bible is a mistranslation. Lucifer was the Greko/Roman word for the planet Venus. Also, in Genesis, nowhere is it said/written that "The Serpent" was Satan/the Devil or Lucifer

sol would be Satan, "he discuses himself as an angel of light" Sue/Marys prayer was amazing "i know your not a God but some alien signal" my theory is that this universe is still one where God created humans and Satan is still the adversary. in Christian theology the belief is that Satan would like to take the place of God, and so he did in the peoples minds by making them worship him as Sol. don't make a deal with the devil, he will always come back for what you owe him, unfortunately that's exactly what Mary did, and satan (sol) broke the rules of his own fake religion (asking her to prove herself before he helps) because he was so close to his Goal of having a physical body. (the serpent) watching this show from a Christian perspective has been wild, id like to know if other Christians picked up on the surprising biblical nature of this show. the fact that everyone who doesn't belief in sol is labeled an atheist blew my mind

3:17 I'm wondering if that's actually what seeded life on Earth in the show though, because Grandmother, the ancient android that Father has 'resurrected', is stated to have been around one million years old, and Earth's fossil record goes back long before that in a very complete fashion, and we haven't got any indications from the show as of yet that there is some huge gap or frame shift in the fossil record in the narrative universe of the show that would allow for this. Guzikowski doesn't seem to me like the kind of person who would leave this massive of a plot hole, though, so I feel like either there's something more complex happening (eg. maybe some of the characters in the show time-traveled back to the prehistoric past, bringing some life from prehistoric Earth over to Kepler and some Kepler life over to Earth, perhaps in several cycles lasting many millions of years (because those 'birds' in the tropical zone look a lot more like enantiornithines or other primitive birds that went extinct in the same mass extinction that killed all the large dinosaurs)) or there is some alternate palaeontology this series has which Guzikowski will reveal in later seasons.

I second this assertion. Clearly physics and realistic representation is an important factor to whoever is doing the directing/producing/writing. The show positively drips with contextual knowledge that you can gather from virtually every frame of the show. You have to be correct, because such a huge departure from the modus operandi we have seen employed.

I think we are going to find that Sol is evil, more akin to the Devil. Sol I think was the serpents God and humans mis interpreted the scriptures thinking it was meant for humans when it was meant for the serpents.

Man.... great observations. I'm on board ... except for the Androids using humanity to spread. If you're already immortal and don't need oxygen, you can just go to earth and make more of yourself. TBF I think its more likely humanity has just spent so long at war it's lost track of how old it is, and that we've been to Kepller before. Or maybe as you suggest, we're from there. You are proposing mapping the events in RBW history onto the Biblical events of Genesis... What is the in universe significance of Christian religious references when in universe Mithraism is the dominant religion, and there is no evidence to believe Christianity or the Bible even exist in universe in the way we know them irl... These symbolic similarities are purely for our benefit as viewers in irl contex.

It does. They said Mithraicism just took over in the 2100s because they decided the scriptures and that made people believe Sol and the religion were real. As for the Biblical symbolism, I think it's just symbolism but can give is clues as to where the show may be headed. And all religions grow out of other religions (or most)
