Thank you for another wonderful video from 17 May 2023 trip to Marion, Ohio, Jaw Tooth! The trains were nice to watch. It was interesting to see one CSX train cross from the outer track to the inner track and the next CSX train cross from the inner track to the outer track. I agree with Robert F on how the rocks got on top of engine 7253. Based on your comments about the rocks on the roof of engine 7253 in your description of the video, I was thinking that someone could have through a couple of rocks on the roof of the engine when it was idling in a yard. But there are too many rocks in one concentrated location to be explained by someone tossing rocks up on top of an engine's roof.

Too pointless... Pedestrians can just walk around it, and there's only a pedestrian barrier on one side of the road, as if pedestrians always walk on the right, like cars.

There is a really cool pedestrian railroad crossing in Blue Ash, Ohio that I have been wanting to film. My favorite one is in Columbus. I have a video of a crossing gate crossing with lights and bells in downtown. I filmed a couple of trains crossing that trail and then they go through a parking garage building.

I couldn't believe my eyes: 5 locomotives in a row! And the nice sound of wheels on steel. The drone of the engine of the locomotive with rocks on its roof.

Sorry to rain on your parade, but I don't think that's the right word. "Willy-nilly" means either "regardless of whether anyone wanted it" or "haphazardly", and neither really applies here.

Just fantastic JT. Marion is a really cool place to hang out and watch BIG 2 mile long trains pounding the diamonds, love it. Those tower shots are so awesome too. Plenty of action wherever you look. Cool. You manage to catch those trains just in time. What a long train. Always enjoy your shorts and long videos. Some of those rr cars look tough with rust . Love hearing you say DPU I see you. We like those DPUs. We first learned about them with Railfan Danny Harmon. Do you know him? Chessie will get use to the puppy and your kitty will show him her boundaries. India our cat actually groomed our puppy Nikki. In time it's going to be so awesome. Thank you for this cool video. We enjoyed it so much. 😊

3 different railroads come together in Marion. Sounds like Hattiesburg, Mississippi also. Hattiesburg has one set of diamonds. Hattiesburg is called "Hub City" a really nice railroad city!

Sophie passed away a couple weeks ago. We had a lightning strike near the house that gave her a heart attack. It shook the whole house and she died on the floor. She was 13. We just have the three dogs now.

@@brianpartell5918 She was starting to have trouble getting up the stairs. I thought she would still have a couple years. She was scared because of the storm. I had her calmed down and she ate a hog dog. Then a huge boom hit really close and that was it. It was terrible. I was in shock from seeing her on her side with her tongue out. She was a great dog. They just dont live long enough. I bet I have had over a dozen dogs in my life. She had a great life here though. She was never on a chain or in a fence.

Morning JT! Is there a way you rail fanners get in touch with the dispatchers of these rail companies about things that are happening on these trains such as the rocks on top of that locomotive. You guys and gals see a lot more of these trains than the conductors and engineers. If not there should be because maybe some of these derailments could be avoided. Just a thought. How's the new puppy doing and adjusting? ❤️📹👍🐶🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃😊

There are numbers at railroad crossings that you can call if you see something. The new puppy is doing fine. I am still trying to potty train him. He had an accident this morning on the floor. Lol
