I run a qtp 26x11.5 and they kinda bulge on my 10 inch wheel, they only make co7’s in 28’s so im thinking of switching to a DBR, i street race more than i track race, i dont like the QTP unless its on alot of prep

What size rim? I think the DBRs would do worse on the street than a QTP or full slick.

Do you drive your hoosiers on the street? Im thinking about getting these tires

I drive them all over (a lot of street driving heat cycles the tires and shortens their life sooner, but I don’t like swapping back to my street wheels all the time). I run them mid 20s psi on the street and lower to 20-22psi at the track. 28x10.5x15 Hoosier DBR.

Is driving Hoosier tiers on the street safe? These tiers looks bad ass. I don't daily drive my car. Can you high way drive on these wheels?

@@trevonwilson1 yes they’d be fine to street drive at highway speeds, they’re a radial tire. I wouldn’t daily drive on a bias tire.

Hoosier drag radials are 275/60/15 those are the shit

It’s different from the actual radial 275/60 I think the 275/60 has a softer compound I know the Hoosier qtp was no where as good as the 275/60 drag radial

Oh okay yeah your talking about the hooiser dr2 radial, most ppl I know like the DBR over the DR2. I’ve ram a QTP on my trans am before they done good also.

The OG 275/65 15 Hoosier the one with the 2 vertical lines running the length of the tread! It’s what I’ve ran since 2014
