Rachelle Waterman Plotted Her Mother's Murder

Ойын-сауық

Living in extremely remote Alaska, Rachelle Waterman had a blog, My Crappy Life, and she had fans. two men, Jason Arant and Brian Radel, would do anything for her. When she had small fights with her mother, she told them it was a helluva lot more. But how involved was she?

    The fact that she was upset about the van being ruined, and the fact that she belted out that it was probably a drunk-driving accident (when her mom was almost a non-drinker) told me all I needed to know about this chick. She really got away with murder. Three years is about 80 too few.

    I fully believe she was involved in it and intentionally lied to them how "abused" she was to get them amped up and she kept at it for probably months if not longer! Until they were ready to handle her dirty work for her. I can't believe the jury bought her lies! I mean come on! When they told her it was done, she didn't cry about what they did to her mom, she Cried about The VAN!!!! An inanimate object!!! For crying out loud!!! If that doesn't spell out Guilty I don't know what does! What an absolute disgrace!!! I'm so tired of seeing "people" get away with things like this! With little to no consequences!!! It's just so very sad. May she Rest in Paradise.

Here in 'Merica, he'd not be caught dead in what we call a jumper!! 😂😂 It's something like a little girl's overalls, except it's usually a skirt at the bottom and often made of corduroy, or a one piece fitted garmet that looks like something Cher wore in the 70's. Reading through these comments all these months later, and it’s shocking to me how almost every comment is about the two guys committing the crime, and almost nobody even talked about the daughter who damn near got away with murder, serving only 3 years. She was the sole purpose behind the murder, the two guys wouldn’t have done this if SHE didn’t make up all that stuff and tell them about it. A damn shame to hear she’s free to walk this earth now. • @ClosedEyeVisualisations

    @ClosedEyeVisualisations

    She didnt incite it though, she orchestrated it. Its worse, it wasnt a suggestion, it was planned. So many women do this, incitement alone is rare but does happen. And its always the defense. Two classic cases of murder on both sides are, a man kills a woman, but it was an accident (clearly murder), or a woman has a man killed, but it was the infatuated mans fault (clearly organised killing). The amount of underage boys charged as adults and treated as such is insane compared to underage girls involved in crime, its almost always pinned on a male connection in terms of either influence or control, and we nearly always see lighter sentencing. And what do you know, she walks free today.

    Maybe because you're basing your opinion on a 20 minute youtube video and the 24 people that were impaneled on both juries had the totality of the evidence presented with which to make their decisions. Based on this video I would agree with your opinion but both juries disagree. I'm guessing that the evidence presented was not damning. Like, what teenager hasn't told their friends/partners they wished their parents were dead? It doesn't look like the prosecution had substantive evidence that she was actively involved in the planning of the actual murder beyond a reasonable doubt, which is the burden of proof in a criminal case.

Did I miss something? If it were the case that such evidence was shown in court I can't understand how only 2 people in the first trial were willing to convict and the jury in the second trial only found her guilty of criminally negligent homicide and not at least conspiracy to commit murder.

    To be fair you must realize that a young girl being victimized by two different people who are by definition pedophiles so who knows what they put in her head. I think she will need therapy for a while. I didn't get a she knew and believed it was a done deal from her interrogation. She was trying to play in a grown up world and she was playing with only half her deck against a stacked deck aka grown ass not men, pedophiles. Victimization is brain washing and a generation of children are being victimized. Sad just so damn sad.

    Yep, the darling daughter's primary concern about the condition of the burnt out vehicle her mother died in, rather than the condition of her mother, spoke volumes! She went free because of her tender age, but that was a reason for imprisonment, not clemency! Now she's free to do all kinds of damage to people and, God forbid, have children of her own. Soon history will repeat. Ironically she'll have cause to identify with her murdered mother when she has troubled teens of her own to deal with.

    Alaska story: When I was up there around 20 years ago, I went out with my older cousin. I was about 13 or so and she was maybe 16, just driving! Well she took me to crawl around their neighborhood in Anchorage and ended up at a biker bar in the parking lot with 30 and 40 year olds 😬 One guy got in the back with me and tried to chat me up and I was very much not old enough to even fathom why he was flirting with me like on tv 🤦🏾‍♀️ We left a bit later after one of his friends called him away saying "alright, leave her alone". Alaska sucks 🤣😂🤷🏾‍♀️
