It was surreal to see and hear this kind of thing happening in my hometown but I firmly believe it was something that was going to happen somewhere some time and July 13th in Butler just got unlucky. Context matters. If the Blind reporter was on the ground reporting live they wouldn't stop the camera rolling because people are walking in the background. BBC could ask him to reshoot the report but i imagine thats why they kept that cut scene short and showed it only to reference they were there from the beginning

Problem with Trump is he listens to no one. So he wasn't even listening to his security team. He'd rather the photo op that keep safe. They'd had enough by the time they got to the car, as he massively exposed himself again so they pushed him in.

It's Called AMERICAN ARROGANCE, the bystander says to Security "Hey Dude, you See that there" "What's that??" "You See that Guy there, why don't you check it out" and the "Security" gets MORE Offended and ANNOYED that the bystander has the AUDACITY of talking to such a "high Profile" "Security VIP person" than to worry about a Possible Event happening there, especially in a nation where we have Shooting EVERY SINGLE DAY.
