Changing the fork oil on a Yamaha R3 with Andreani Cartridges.
wish i have a garage and tools like yours btw, i upgraded my front caliper to brembo 32/34 four pistions, huge improvement over stock
hey you look like you live in brisbane. how many beers would it take (if I helped of course) to change my stock fork oil :P
do you have a link to the forks you have? i noticed the adjustment at the top of the fork caps is different from stock R3?

How can you tell if the oil is low or needs to be changed?
It will not get low if it's not leaking however the oil will degrade over time. The oil should be changed every 8.000-10.000 miles.
How many fork oil did you use in each side
400ml as req (stock settings)
Thought I'd see this to find out if I could do it on my own but no, def not!!! =/
