@@devlslyr My name is a secular name, also we don't live under Varnasrama dharma so I am free to choose my name. You may try to cope in some other way.

@@rockyjohn468 hindus also have weird names.....sc as per indian law have forward caste names...even cristians have Varna. ..example roman catholic protestant Pentecost etc

@@devlslyr I am unable to comprehend your argument. In Kerala no community uses traditional names anymore. Some right wing supporters started adding caste tails lately. If I had to be named the traditional way, my name would be padinjarel ulahannan Rocky, which would sound weird. Names started changing after independence and emergence of parliament democracy. That's a change from the previous feudal system rather than anything to do with colonial.
