185°C(365°F) 22分钟
This bread needs only one fermentation, which saves half of the fermentation time and is very fast.
The hand kneading dough used here does not need to knead the dough into a thin film like toast dough, which is very labor-saving and convenient.

    Dear Chef Ali, may I know the mayonnaise is Kewpie or normal type? Also, is it possible to refrigerate the dough overnight after dividing into 8 balls? Following morning, final assembly then shape to number 8? Thank you.

    您好,🥰💖麵包揉成膜,通常意味著麵筋形成到一定程度了。這樣做是為了讓麵包的筋度高從而膨發力更好,麵包組織更加細膩。 不是所有麵包都要揉出膜。吐司对于面筋要求高一些。普通甜麵包來說,特別對於家庭手揉,出到厚膜也是足夠的。這樣的狀態,我一般手揉8~10分鐘。木材麵包麵團比較乾一些,也是揉到厚膜即可。時間參考這個就行。

    老師,今天做了這個包,最後唧沙拉醬出爐后變了克色,不似老師你做黃色,請問你用甚麼沙拉醬呢?

    您好,我用的是買的比較黃色一些的mayonnaise,醬顏色不同,這個對於麵包味道不影響,只是顏色會有些區別。 這個醬我自己也常常用蛋黃來自己打發,可以打顏色黃一些,很簡單,因為最近問的朋友多,以後有機會我會展示給大家,很快就幾分鐘就打發好,比去超市買還快速些。🥰💖

    您好,我家大部份情況下,我的沙拉醬就是自己用蛋黃,和食用油自己打的。超市裡所有品牌的mayonnaise蛋黃醬都可以買來用,味道區別也不大。🥰💖

    您好,放冰箱冷藏水合,讓麵團自動形成一些筋度。後面揉麵會比較好揉出麵筋。🥰💖
