    If you are eating only non-veg (MORE MEAT FAT , MODERATE PROTEIN and ZERO CARBS) no other foods then you don't need fiber at all , but if you are adding little carbs and more protein then we need fiber that is why i am eating 40:35:25 ratio FAT:Protein:Carbs, Choose your carbs from vegetables instead of grains. Check any sattvic diet, they also eat less grain and more vegetables, which will improve there auto immune diseases , if they don't balance macros like protein leads to muscle loss and micronutrients like Iron and B12 new issues starts.

    It is all based on age and preset health conditions andi... If people suffering from fatty liver or diabetes... Then fruits are very bad... And i prefer seasonal local fruits in limit... In macros range.

    50 grams ok and alternative days... Cook with calcium like coocnut milk panner etc.... To reduce oxalates damage... Very good source of prfor vegetarians... But don't eat daily...

    @@MrMadhav Sunday and wednesday House 🏠 made chicken or mutton curry and Remaining 5 days lo pakka nenu one mutton biryani and one chicken shawarma and remaining day mutton item food like liver, boti, head, or any food I eated. So in one week I eated 5 day's. Some times 7 days also bro. I don't have sugar my hba1v is 4.5 but i have hypertension b. P 160+ . I increased my weight 65 to 85. Now my 2 kidneys completely collapsed

    @@MrMadhav ur correct bro but complete not correct. I eated excess of protein that effects my kidneys Nefrons over 🐵🐔🐶🐷animal protein easily damage kidneys. And my sugar level's are always normal. My problem is main hypertension and animal protein
