🤤 All of those dishes look good. I wonder what it tastes like. I would assume it would be like mussels or clams, but the meat used for the sashimi looks very tender and not rubbery, which is good.

When still fresh( alive) the meat is sweet , a bit crunchy but soft . There's nothing like it, once you have tasted it, it is unforgetable. Somewhat like fresh, blanched squid. The calamari appetizers are not comparable. Maybe like abalone which is also sought after because of it's delicious flavor.😋

De antemano se sabe q comemos animalitos provenientes del mar, pero al ver este video se me hizo muy injusto q lo cocinaran aún vivo, es muy cruel de su parte ni porq si carne fuese muy rica ó cara, que le pareceria si cambiarán de papeles y q el sr. fuese el animalito, me pregunto si a él le hubiese gustado q lo echaran a una cacerola de agua hirviendo. Los moluscos como por ejemplo las almejas se deben cocinar vivos para garantizar que no estén malos, es decir, que no lo ha hecho por maldad, siempre se ha hecho así. Y de todas formas, muramos como muramos los animales, siempre vamos a sufrir algo y a estar vivos antes que muertos osea q no hay otra😂

@@jannetacosta1724 te agradezco que te tomes bien el comentario, pero insisto y resalto que como personas es normal y comprensible que nos de pena la muerte de un animal para el consumo, es normal, hay ciertos animales que generan más compasión que otros, pero pensándolo en frío, para subsistir hay que consumir materia orgánica que sólo podemos obtener de los seres vivos, y para no morirnos nosotros tienen que morir otros, es el ciclo de la vida, la naturaleza nos ha hecho así. Morirá una planta o un animal, pero alguno morirá para asegurar la vida de otro. Por eso hay que tener la cabeza fría a la hora de matar para comer, eso no te convierte en un asesino, simplemente te convierte en otro eslabón más en la cadena. Lo que si creo q es deplorable es la gente que mata seres vivos por diversión o deporte, osea, no por necesidad.

Toda comida deve ser tratada com respeito, e ao meu ver o manejo esta correto , pois acredito que não há outro modo de ser preparado essa comida. Alguns acharam que ouve tortura mais eu acho seria tortura se fosse posto em agua fria ou ficasse cortando ou espetando o molusco vivo ou fosse aquecendo aos poucos mais com a agua fervendo acontece uma "morte instantânea " eu dira assim. Com tudo prefiro ainda um filé de peixe frito ou peixe de pouca espinha frito , mais gostei dos vegetais ai feitos de forma diferente daqui do Brasil no preparo, parecendo serem fritos ou refogados bem interessante mesmo mais quem fez esse prato fez para se comer primeiro com os olhos depois com a boca, pois ficou bonito mesmo..
