So relatable and a cool guy man . I definitely agree that using the same staging can definitely build a couch flippers local “brand” and definitely produce many extra sales , especially when you have many great reviews. I’d love to know how many 5-stars Khol has . As always , Dontae , the editing is really great and definitely keeps my attention and definitely provides additional entertainment, thanks for taking the time to make this content to our niche CF community! Maybe you could make your living by just living on the road going from city to city interviewing couch flipper after couch flipper … 6 months on the road , 75 interviews with 75 different couch flippers , that’s my request and recommendation ! 😂

@@dontaefernandez yeah man honestly it was all you - I was earning almost $500k per year in corporate and had to leave it because of all the mandate noise here in NZ. So we had a big number to hit, I’ve even got people taking profit share for cleaning in a remote spot and we just manage the stock, photos and listing remotely.

Wish I thought of this at 19. I even had a pickup truck up until I was 23.Of crouse I was 19 back in 2004 so there was no Facebook marketplace or the others back then.

I have been blessed to be able to have a trailer and truck. You can flip couches with any car, however the set up I have makes it a tad easier !

@@kohlcutler4456I'm currently trying to save money to try to side hustle. I thought about even trying to flip wooden furnitures. I was at the dumpster in my apartment and saw this wooden furniture that looked nice. I wish I took it home with me and tried to filp it buy didn't. Did make a KZread short video showing people how I could probably make profit on it.

Wow this guy does the same as me getting free couches and removing the stuffing, and the ladder stich! Btw that RH couch is the popular scam Couch

What do you guys tell a customer when they ask where you got the couch from? I always find myself having to make something up, so they don't look me down for trying to make money on the flip side. Is this just me or do others have this same issue?

Hi there, most of my clients know I sell couches. However I tell them that we source from estate sales, auctions, referrals ext. Then I talk to them about our cleaning process ext. Most people don’t mind and want to support the business, others will just go on their way and then the couch will sell to someone else!
