Great video man, I've been seeing the results too, especially because of improved mindset. I was wondering if you would make a video showing your shop? It seems to be a great space, certainly better than storage units. I currently have two units and I'm looking to move into a shop/warehouse like yours. Wondering how much it might cost you per month, ect..

Yes mindset is everything! I can do a tour of the shop soon. I am fortunate to be renting it from my Mom so I get a bit of a family discount but there’s definitely shop options out there that are a lot better then storage units!

Hey bro, I use the shop vac, weed sprayer method. When I spray my solution and drill brush it, I weed spray it with water but I feel like the soap never really comes off, it still feels soapy. What do you do for that? I feel like I’m going through so much water trying to get my solution out.

Your solution is probably too concentrated! So maybe water it down more or use less solution

Do you avoid listing on the same platform where you sourced the couch from? For instance if you got a couch for free on FB do you only relist it on another marketplace like CL, ND, etc for fear of upsetting the person who gave it to you for free? Or do you relist it for higher on FB even if that's where you got it from because it doesn't matter either way? Thanks for the vid.

Neither! All you need is a vehicle to pick up sofas and a place to store them. I got my LLC set up 2 years into doing this because it was my main income and I wanted to file my taxes. But don’t worry about all that, just get started

How far will you drive to buy a couch?

Just depends on the potential profit of the couch. Last week I drove about 2hrs round trip during traffic times for a free couch that turned into $550. So sometime the drive is worth it! Luckily i am in a city where most deals are closer to me. I probably wouldn’t go beyond 1.5hrs one way. Unless its like $800+ profit potential

Hey dontae really loving your videos man! My wife and I both just quit our jobs and are doing this full time. I had been dabbling in it for the last 12 months on the side but feels good to be doing it full time. We have implemented some of the same strategies and are making some great profit margins per couch now. Currently hitting around 4-6k per month although it’s only been 2 months since going full time. Only problem we have is we live in an area that is not dense and usually have to drive an hour+ each way which is fine to grab the right couches. I’m curious how many couches you had to do to hit that 12k in a month profit if you don’t mind me asking ? 😊

Definitely one of things that had helped us this month is willing to spend more on the right deal knowing we can make more etc example this month we have only sold 6 couches (we have another 4 waiting to sell) but are already at 4K profit. Always keen to learn more and grow! Appreciate your videos

The beauty is we can dabble with this business and still make a solid income! Congratulations to your and your wife🙏🏽 July I sold 27couches to get to the 12k! Around 5-7couches a week. The goal is to bump up volume and maintain these margins. Lets get it this month!

People dont know. This is game, i was stagging my couches sick status man and i was buying used couches for $100-$200 and selling them for $600 EASY FLIPS. I got one deal for $150 leather premiums, sold them for $1100. Its all in the "marketing"
