Only sell couches that you would be ok with keeping for yourself. That's been my mindset from day 1 and it's payed off!

You are setting the standard in your market, i love that mindset man. Gives you peace of mind as well!
Let's gooo Good stuff as always!
Sheeeesh , keep the sauce coming bro ! I personally feel like I’m half hustler , half professional, 😂. And Maybe it’s just me , but I personally wouldn’t put 95% of the couches I flip in my own house . There are so many low income people that have never even had a sectional and are super happy with couches and their prices that I personally wouldn’t put in my home , but yes , still need to put in the work to make sure it’s clean ! Super Great video , man !

😂We are hustlers at heart that learn how to be professional! Thanks bro for the comment🙏🏽 I think a better question would be “would I feel good selling this to family or friends”
Been waiting for the bangers!
Love the video my dude, very informative, also good things come with patience so if they don’t sell too fast I never get discouraged

Can I get your group link I’m in nyc and trying to get in the business
Do you tell buyer or seller that you are a flipper?. Or what’s the best way? thanks

I find it easier to tell buyers I sell furniture, but I dont tell sellers i am going to resell unless they ask. Then i let them know i have a used furniture business, but early on I would lie because i was afraid of reactions but its always best to be honest

@dontaefernandez

I really don’t track my hours per week but most of time i would guess I work around 30-40hrs, over 40 if I have inventory that needs alot of work

Great question. One other question I have is: how often do you have to work during crazy hours, like late late night, you see a premium couch go on the market in your area and you're at home, getting ready for bed. Do you kiss the wife, grab your keys and take off to pick it up no matter what time it is??
@dontaefernandez

@@Trevorious2010 good question. With couch flipping you work for yourself and make the decisions of whether you want to work doing late hours. so it’s completely up to you if you want to go get a late night premium couch or stay home with family

@@dontaefernandez ah, cool. I know if it was me and the couch was guaranteed money, I'd grab it asap. But not for less than a $400 profit. At $400 profit I'd think about it, at $500, I'm doing it.
Very inspiring video really! I just applied to you facebook group! Hope I will be accepted :)
