Ah, Ulrich. One of my oaths and a permanent member of my boss fleet. And yes, I can confirm that she becomes "warmer" towards the Commander once you slap that ring on her. And no, she doesn`t respond that well to headpats even after you oath her. Her post oath secretary voice lines shows that she does care in her own way. Still a great waifu and lives up to the glorious german engineering meme though. Wich is to say that it is worth 600 gems.

She is one of the Hipper class cruisers. She was originally named Lutzow (Different to the one we've actually got in game), but was sold to the Russians before WWII was in full swing. The Russians renamed her twice, the second being Tallinn.

Was the "catgirl from another game" you were thinking about Azuki from NekoPara? Because if it was, it would be fun to hear the usually serious neko go "UOOOOOOOOH! I AM EARGASMING!!". Also, Taihou's actually a much more wholesome girl than you might think. And her questline has a conversation with Shoukaku in it.

Thought I do indeed understand your hesitation given your last experiences. Believe me I would have been like the both you if I was in the commanders situation." Ulrich stated as though she was honest and Unicorn could sense no lie or I'll intent. "Do you like music? I'd imagine you get bored quite easily as your parents worked." "I do but my parents control what I listened to." "Hum...Commander you wouldn't mind if I let little Unicorn listen to 'Red' would you?" "I'm not at all opposed." The commander replied with a nod. And thus Ulrich found a kindred spirit in music with the small girl as she sang some of the songs from her entire 'Red' playlist. Thought if she did have one regret. Is that she didn't tell the Commander her true feelings. However all is fair in love and war so she simply was happy that the commander was happy with his family. And that was all that matters.
