Boling made the relay pool and he is brand new to running this event... pretty good job actually.

It's literally his 2nd time running the event since high school and he made the US team ahead of all the career 400m runners at the event. Think about how stupid you sound.... BTW, he's the 6th fastest indoor 200m runner in history (and virtually every great 200m runner has run the event). He's the 2nd athlete in the history of the sport to run under 10.0, under 20.0, and LJ over 8m. He has 3 NCAA 1st place finishes to go with two 2nds and a 3rd. He finished 6th at the 200m US Championship and now 6th at the 400m....and this was a bad season for him.

@@dschlopes2734 You guys are hilarious/ He's supposed to be the great white hope.. Now it's ok he's too slow to get past the NCAA 100/200 semis against 19yr olds. But he gets cookies for making the relay pool Let me explain what the Relay pool means, dear. He might not get to race.. At all. The relay pool is made up of about a dozen names they can call on to help get through qualifying rounds. The 400 relay pool also includes the fastest 400m hurdlers (of which all have better times than him(, and even any interested/gifted runners from the other distances (e.g 800m star Athing Mu got into the 400 finals because her 400 times were better than the 400 teams) Matt MIGHT get one race but everyone on the 400 teams has consistently run 44secs (he hasn't).. Now, you might get the consolation prize of watching him run in the MIXED relays... LMFAO Yup.. Mastt will get to run against GIRLS!!! LMFAOOOO

Yeah it’s amazing what certain people will say. He made the relay pool with not slot of 400 conditioning. Specific conditioning. Haters will hate.

@@WilliamDay-fj7yv I had a retard tell me the him making the 400 relay team wasn't impressive despite the fact that it was his third open 400 since high school. When's the last time you ever heard of an athlete stepping into an event he didn't do at a national championship with no training and making the national team?
