Hello, No tutorial video, with for example the texturing of a complete scene (and not just a very short advertising video). Not available on the blender market. So I'll wait until I have all that, before making my purchase decision, but I agree that it seems very interesting and a powerfull addon.

This is the best time to learn it. It used to have a really steep learning curve, but starting on version 2.8 it was redesigned into a much more intuitive program and has been getting consistent upgrades since. I can honestly say Blender made me fall in love with 3D again after many years, it’s hard for me to believe it’s free. If you’re looking for beginner-friendly channels I recommend Blender Guru and CG Cookie.

@@silentvoice4641 I’ll answer for him/her. Because they can be as confusing AF. If you’re only a hobbyist user then trying to remember what effing node you need to do this specific thing gets frustrating and demoralizing. I am constantly having to go online during middle of trying to get my nodes set up and hunt for what it is I need. Having buttons and sliders makes things so much easier AND more fun, with endless iterations at the touch of a button.

@@ALKSNDR it's a different Working space, so any file have to be interpreted accordingly if not native aces. For example an sRGB file like a jpeg will have to be "texture - sRGB", a linear exr will be "linear - sRGB" and an aces file "aces-cg". I'm very curious to try it out.

Bought this. It's great but I can not really make the quick decal work properly. After selecting the object I want to project the decal on and selecting the texture it creates a weird copy of the selected object with the decal on it above the original mesh. Not quite like on the video. Anyone knows how to fix this ? Cheers.

I know extreme pbr uses its own nodes, but will quick texture have support for those? because i feel that is the ultimate combo, add a texture with a simple Npanel menu, then control all its properties with quick texture super intuitively. super cool stuff!

Bought the plugin. Not bad yet still a little buggy (sometimes it crashes, sometimes ignores inputs - you have to reenter Quicktexture mode again). After a little bit of training, and watching the 1h discord stream with Jama using it, I think it's really nice addition to my workflow. Couple of suggestions and a question: in the N panel, under tooltips (and in the web documentation as well), the shortcuts for Hue/Contrast/Saturation/Value are missing. What's the shortcut for Saturation if S is for scaling? It would be also nice to have Esc aborting the current operation.

Have bought this and at first glance it seems excellent. Unfortunately the documentation seems to default to Explorer and then tries to launch Edge - neither of which I use. I tried going directly to the discord invite page but it says my invite is invalid. I can already do the basics with the addon but I think I need the docs for the more complex functions..
