Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Are you in a hurry but still want a healthy meal? It doesn't get any simpler than Jacques Pépin's sardines in tomato sauce salad recipe. This recipe can take as little as two minutes to prepare.
Let this video be your reminder to always keep tinned fish in the pantry. Not only is it easy, but sardines are an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, and calcium. They also contain close to 100% of the recommended daily intake of omega-3 fatty acids.
What you'll need:
1 can (lrg) sardines in tomato sauce, lettuce, 1/2 sweet onion, 1/2 tomato, dash red wine vinegar, black pepper, fresh herbs (for garnish)

One I do at home: Mackerel on toast One tin of mackerel in tomato sauce, drained. One tablespoon mayo Squeeze of lemon (or dash of vinegar) Salt and pepper to taste Mix it all up in a bowl, squeeze in the lemon (I like it quite tangy), crack of salt and pepper (I like it quite salty too) and pile up on crusty toast. I'm addicted to it. Have it most mornings.

Try it with canned chicken! I know, I hate it when parents “program “ you! My mother told me daily that I would never be able to do math, because she couldn’t! So I struggle with it, and I’ve been told i have an innate talent for it..
