1 potato (500 grams / 17.6 oz).
3 tablespoons cornstarch (40 grams/1.4 oz).
Salt, black pepper.
Vegetable oil for frying.

Buna, clipurile nu sunt lente , este f bine DAR , se folosește amidon când cartoful este din amidon ? Nu credeti că este prea mult amidon la o masă ?
