Thank you for the information. Working perfect 👌 in my 1000 srt

Midi mapped a whole lot on my 1000. Censor to 1 Beat loop and Shift+Censor to Censor. Shift+Key sync to up 1 Semitone and Shift+Key reset to Down 1 Semitone. Shift+Tempo lock to tempo lock and tempo lock without Shift cycles my Tempo Ranges Percents. Tap forward/back Search now cycles my Memory Cues. Shift+Tap Forward/Back Search now loads next/previous Track so no accidentally Searching to quickly and load next/previous track :)

Midi all the way, I own both ddj1000's Rekordbox version and Serato version, I mapped my Roland DJ 808 to retrigger the loop. The only non re midi mapped controllers are all on the Numark series NS, NV which is sick for stutter drumming a sampled loop. But the Pioneer DDJ1000 is a EXCELLENT ALL ROUND CONTROLLER those 3 and 4 input channels for turntables or cdj's 😎end of story.👍👍👍👍👍

DJ-Wild-Child no problem. And on your fx knob where you select which channel to put FX on, there is an option for mic. Put that knob to mic and turn on the reverb fx

Hey there I plan to buy the 1000SRT and will also change the loop controls (thanks for your tutorial) 😇 Another thing I dislike are the just dimly lit Loop In/Out buttons. I want them to be ALWAYS on full brightness, just like on the typical CDJs. Is this possible with a specific LED/output mapping? Or does this require a text file hack? Thank you in advance 🥰

I was wondering if you or any of your viewers have had this issue with the XDJ Xz. My Hot cues, for a song, will trigger my four top pads as hot cues. But the bottom four pads will trigger my samples. This only happens on deck 2. Deck one will trigger all eight Hot Cues for a song. But not deck 2. I just purchased my XDJ XZ a couple days ago. I'm pretty sure it's something minor I touched. Does anyone know what I need to do to get my bottom four pads back to hot cues again? Thanks in advance

This saves on your laptops Serato software, correct? So If I plugged my laptop to a venue's 1000SRT, that controller will read my saved MIDI loop change?

So I did a little research, it seems DDJ 1000 Rekordbox Midi loop is the opposite than the DDJ 1000 SRT, so in Rekordbox "In/Out" is to half/double the loop lenght while "Shift + In/Out" is to manually edit the Intro/Outro of the loop. Would be nice that you also explained how to Midi Mapping the "Shift + In/Out" combination. hopefully i figure out alone 🤞🤞

How do I reverse this mapping to factory settings if I wanted to?

I’m not sure could be, serato needs updated, new midi cable. If you have a Mac never update your computer right away until serato tells you it has a compatible upgrade

Dj drunky yeah there is a reverb effect button with a dry-wet adjust knob. You can also choose how much of the track to have the reverb effect on (25%, 50%, 75%, etc)

How do you get this to work for channels 3-4

Should work for them when you do what I did. It’s re-programming those buttons for the loop functions. I don’t believe it’s correlated to a specific channel, just a function
