Just midi map it like I did and you'll be fine. Its an awesome controller

I wish I could used the second mic knob instead. I don’t use it since my Mic box has a mix out to 1 input and both mics volume will be controlled with Mic 1. Most of the time i would use an external mixer for more extensive live audio settings. So that Mic 2 is practically useless to me. I would love to Midi map the crossfader to that knob

Just bought my first ever dj controller (ddj 1000 also), and I thought my crossfader is broken because it was like that fastest setting (ON/OFF) no smooth transitions. Will need to check my settings when back home :)

If u can Midi Map the knobs, then you should

besides turning the nob. can I press shift and turn a certain knob so it can work when I press shift ?

No, just using scratch samples... Midi can be turned on in your Serato settings

Hey man, do you have a fix for reversed crossfader? Mine cuts out the opposite deck when moved all the way across 🤦🏽‍♂️

@@WmDz1 yeah bro, I can't exactly remember and I'm not near my controller, but I think it was the buttons just above the fader that A:THRU:B. Try adjust those if that's not it let me know I'll go check physically and holla back

@@WmDz1 I've just checked. It's def those switches. Put CH1 on A and CH2 on B. 100% that works on mine, when I reverse them the crossfader reverses.

@@djfuzzofficial thanks but it’s still doing the same thing. When I reverse it, it does it on the left side. I think it’s the mapping but all looks good on there. It maybe the program itself but they haven’t answered me. I use DJ Pro AI on an iPad. The program still works fine if I use the screen’s crossfader. Thanks for all your help!

I believe the A & B Thru switches (located above the crossfader) are for that bro.

Yeah those 2 switches will allow you to “reverse” the fader but I’d really prefer a one touch hamster switch. I’ll have to try to midi map it when I get one. Thanks!

djxsquizit when I got my controller the cross fader is not working but it doesn’t mean it is broken. I know is possible unable and able turn the cross fader on and off. In my case is off. That is what I mean turn it on and off.

Same problem my cross fader doesn’t work when using my headphones but if I play out loud on my speakers it works fine. For example say I’m playing a song on A & I cueing up a song on B I cant slide over to B & still hear A playing unless to stop A. I should be only able to hear B or whichever side my cross fader is on unless the Master is on

Theres switches on the cobtroller where u can turn that off
