Quick Fitness Barre for your Ballet Legs

Barre for Glutes and legs is specifically designed to work all your lower limbs muscles and achieve toned and lean legs like a ballerina.
A ordinary ballet barre work is very intense on legs in order to be ready for centre work and be prepared for stability and jumps in a ballerina day.
An emphasis on how to tone your legs and elongate them is obviously included in this Barre where you, at the end of the practice, will feel the burn and the great feeling on shaping your muscles.
More stability, elegance and beauty will be the achievement to your hard work.
Join me with this Barre for bum and legs and let’s have fun!

I discoverd your channel and subscribed immediately to it after having browsed so many. Your lessons are ideal! i've done barret barre classes in my town and they are good but little explanation... Just a question because at times I can get confused with body positions :D The backwards movement of the leg in the second half of this workout video is not at an angle behind my back but more to the side, keeping the leg turned out, correct? Also, I felt my muscles burning ^_^ it's good!

I'll see what i can do! I love the The Carnival of the Animals! I know it's not quite the same thing but, few months ago we came out with "swan lake ballet fitness". Music from the ballet, steps inspired by the ballet, lots of fun with all 4 acts. It's part of the Lazy dancer Studio, you can check all the info here www.lazydancertips.com/lazy-dancer-studio Hope to see you there flying around with us. Love Alessia

Can you do like Laura Quinn? Lesson 6 "Dégagé / Releve " Releve means to rise. When your heal lifts off the floor to its highest potential. In her way, I can remember a classical ballet term meaning, also her film includes a man, which encourages men to dance. Showing us every time both sides of movements is so helpful. That is why your followers are more than her. If you can put lesson number, I may find a specific one easily. Anyway, I love your films very much.

Hi Krisztina, watson had blood clot from his heart that stopped in his leg. We almost lost him, but the vets were fabulous and did everything to save him. Watson had no intention to leave us and he's now using his back leg properly and jumping around like crazy! He's a super cat! :) Lots of love Alessia

Your cut-away camera should be closer to 50% the distance from your main camera not the same distance but another angle, both cameras seem quite a distance away, on larger monitors this is very noticable. You should probably throw a zoom camera in too, as an aside, what lighting system are you presently using? Because it's washed out by the back lighting of having a window behind you, tbh thinking about the layout you're using rotating your entire space 180 degrees would improve your visual quality exponentially. There's a LOT of great KZread channels devoted to quality improvement tips for filming btw, your dedication to your craft is fantastic, but you really ought to up the production quality. Might be worth considering investing a bit of time into watching some of them!
