this girl is no joke! This was a very similar barre exercise that I did in advance ballet at my studio in high school. I absolutely love this!
I love these workouts, they are easy to follow, and the best is the instructor, she is special, awesome teacher, never before had met an instructor who could create such awesome workouts, in the right amount of time, and with that cheering that one needs sometimes when feeling too low to even move, yet this is perfect for such situations, and her presence somehow is soothing when feeling alone while doing the workouts.
the fact that you can chat and work out and remain positive is such a talent! haha when i do it i'm too busy reminding myself to breathe

I’m 60 and just started taking barre class at my gym then found your amazing videos. Just tried this one today and I feel like I can mostly do it! My calves burn, and I’ve always had stiff calves from many non-stop years of heels. I’ve always watched videos but never really felt motivated to try them until yours. Your personality is lovely and while parts are hard or a bit fast for me, I know it it will get better as I continue. Thank you for being so generous with your talents!

Love this! How do you keep your back from hurting when doing the higher kicks behind? (I don't know the proper term)
Can you do this class with shoes like the fitness bar :)
Interestingly, each time I do plie, I don't feel it in my inner thighs. But this one is exactly what I need for the inner thighs! Thank you!

How much calorie does this exercise burn?
Hello Alessia! I want to ask you something about backbending. I was trying poses that required backbending skills but after a while I started feeling a slight pain in my lower back and I dont know how to make it go away. I think it happened because I put weight in my lower back or didnt warm up enough. Can you suggest me something🙏

Hi Yagmur, warming up is crucial when we exercise. When back bending it's important to control your core and your abdominals so your vertebras don't squash as much. Best thing to do is rest and maybe check with a physio that nothing is out of place if it's still hurting :)
i really love this video, but I have a question, can i really lost weight by follow this? Cuz the other workouts are way more like intense, like hiit.

Thanks for this workout! I like your motivating way. But please take better music next time, this one is awful. Why not classical music to beautiful movements??
